{"id":2054,"date":"2016-05-24T15:18:42","date_gmt":"2016-05-24T15:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ciclemitjasantmarti.wordpress.com\/?p=366"},"modified":"2016-05-24T15:18:42","modified_gmt":"2016-05-24T15:18:42","slug":"sortida-a-sant-ramon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantmarti\/primaria\/4t\/sortida-a-sant-ramon\/","title":{"rendered":"Sortida a Sant Ramon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hola fam\u00edlies!<\/p>\n<p>Com ja sabeu, el passat dimecres 18 de maig, vam anar d&#8217;excursi\u00f3 a l&#8217;ermita de Sant Ramon (a Sant Boi de Llobregat).<\/p>\n<p>A prop\u00f2sit del projecte interdisciplinari que estem realitzant a 4t, vam decidir de fer aquesta sortida i aix\u00ed acabar de consolidar els nostres aprenentatges.<\/p>\n<p>Vam fer l&#8217;anada caminant, mentrestant ens an\u00e0vem trobant pistes pel cam\u00ed. Vam fer una parada a mig cam\u00ed per esmorzar i ja vam continuar fins a l&#8217;ermita.<\/p>\n<p>En arribar, vam tafanejar una mica el lloc, vam menjar, vam jugar una estona i despr\u00e9s ens vam separar per grups (els mateixos que l&#8217;anada) per a realitzar quatre racons.<\/p>\n<p>A la tornada, per\u00f2, ho vam fer amb autocar.
