{"id":727,"date":"2021-02-23T09:46:41","date_gmt":"2021-02-23T08:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/?p=727"},"modified":"2025-11-11T10:07:03","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T09:07:03","slug":"acompanyament-als-infants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/articles-descola\/acompanyament-als-infants\/","title":{"rendered":"ACOMPANYAMENT ALS INFANTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a escola entenem l\u2019acompanyament als infants com la <\/span><b>capacitat d\u2019estar presents i disponibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> davant de tots els processos que succeeixen en qualsevol moment del dia a dia en el nostre entorn escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diferents processos de reflexi\u00f3 del claustre ens han portat a tenir clar i de manera present quin \u00e9s el nostre <\/span><b>paper com adult <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de cara als nostres infants. Busquem relacions en qu\u00e8 l\u2019adult sempre estigui disponible, que estigui present, una pres\u00e8ncia respectuosa i no invasiva que permeti als infants expressar all\u00f2 que senten, acompanyant-los a posar paraules a les seves emocions davant d\u2019un fet i que perdin la por a expressar-les. Per aconseguir-ho la nostra pres\u00e8ncia implica una <\/span><b>escolta amb atenci\u00f3 plena<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, identificant quines s\u00f3n les necessitats b\u00e0siques de cada infant que no s\u2019estan cobrint i sense emetre judicis davant d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 o actuaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG_2896.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-730 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG_2896-1024x912.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"287\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG_2896-1024x912.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG_2896-300x267.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG_2896-768x684.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/><\/a>Respectem <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als infants i els hem de deixar l\u2019espai necessari per cr\u00e9ixer i vetllar perqu\u00e8 aquest espai sigui segur, evitant la sobreprotecci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests i oferir-los l\u2019oportunitat de superar els petits reptes que es van trobant al davant, reptes que els ajudaran a empoderar-se d\u2019ells mateixos\u00a0 i a fer-se grans.\u00a0 Aquesta idea dibuixa el nostre rol, el d\u2019un adult que observa per detectar potencialitats i necessitats que seran les nostres guies per oferir els recursos oportuns a cada un dels infants, personalitzant aix\u00ed els aprenentatges. Vetllem per oferir-los l\u2019espai i el temps que necessiten perqu\u00e8 cada infant \u00e9s \u00fanic i tenim presents les seves necessitats b\u00e0siques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019<\/span><b>ambient<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s un gran aliat d\u2019aquest acompanyament respectu\u00f3s. Hem de poder gaudir d\u2019un ambient agradable, on l\u2019infant se senti escoltat, estimat i segur, on pugui gaudir d\u2019unes relacions sanes. Per tal d\u2019aconseguir un ambient \u00f2ptim donem molta import\u00e0ncia a les normes i als l\u00edmits i l\u2019adult \u00e9s el responsable de posar aquests l\u00edmits i vetllar pel seu compliment. Considerem important fer arribar aquests <\/span><b>l\u00edmits <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als infants expressant-los amb seguretat, tranquil\u00b7litat i respecte, generant igualtat i equitat, sense jutjar, sense desvaloritzar\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a escola tenim unes normes b\u00e0siques de conviv\u00e8ncia que afavoreixen establir aquests l\u00edmits per a una bona relaci\u00f3 entre totes les persones que hi som presents. Comptem amb tres grans normes compartides i reflexionades amb els infants. S\u00f3n unes <\/span><b>normes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que afavoreixen el bon clima dins dels grups, la no exclusi\u00f3 de cap membre, el respecte cap als altres i l\u2019aprendre a mirar als altres amb empatia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG-1121.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-733 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG-1121-1024x282.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"612\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG-1121-1024x282.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG-1121-300x83.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2021\/02\/IMG-1121-768x211.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstant aix\u00f2, els <\/span><b>conflictes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com en qualsevol relaci\u00f3 humana hi s\u00f3n presents. No tenim por d\u2019aquests, ben al contrari, la nostra mirada cap aquests \u00e9s com una oportunitat que se\u2019ls dona als infants per cr\u00e9ixer, per relacionar-se i per comunicar-se, per expressar emocions i parlar d\u2019aquestes.
