Recorreguts que no sols ens permeten atendre la diversitat sin\u00f3 acompanyar les necessitats, potencialitats i interessos individuals i garantir l\u2019aprenentatge aut\u00f2nom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb aquest objectiu, l\u2019alumnat de prim\u00e0ria, amb l\u2019acompanyament dels adults, segueix els seu propi pla personal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest pla personal \u00e9s una guia per l\u2019infant que li permet, de manera aut\u00f2noma i responsable, organitzar-se el seu propi temps i anar avan\u00e7ant cap a l\u2019aprenentatge tot realitzant les diverses propostes dissenyades pels mestres de la comunitat. El tutor o la tutora realitza el seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest pla juntament amb l\u2019infant a qui se li ofereix l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019autoavaluar-se. Cada infant disposa d\u2019un document per poder plasmar aquest pla personal, document que forma part del seu diari d\u2019aprenentatge personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest Diari d\u2019Aprenentatge \u00e9s un instrument que permet a l\u2019infant recollir les seves pr\u00f2pies evid\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge, aix\u00ed com les seves autoavaluacions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2020\/10\/BeFunky-collage.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-673\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2020\/10\/BeFunky-collage-1024x256.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2020\/10\/BeFunky-collage-1024x256.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2020\/10\/BeFunky-collage-300x75.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantllatzer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2138\/2020\/10\/BeFunky-collage-768x192.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la comunitat de mitjans, les propostes que l\u2019infant realitza segons el seu pla personal s\u00f3n tasques, principalment realitzables de manera aut\u00f2noma, que es divideixen en els apartats seg\u00fcents: bosquet (propostes de descoberta i natura), atelier (propostes art\u00edstiques), safareig (c\u00e0lcul, numeraci\u00f3, resoluci\u00f3 problemes, geometria, mesura, estad\u00edstica i atzar), tikal (construccions, joc simb\u00f2lic, geometria\u2026),<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">babel (escriptura creativa, ortografia, comprensi\u00f3 lectora.. en els diferents idiomes ) i maker space (creativitat i iniciativa).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed, quatre matins a la setmana, els infants de la comunitat de mitjans tenen l\u2019oportunitat de completar els seus plans personals. \u00c9s d\u2019especial import\u00e0ncia tant la rotllana d\u2019inici com d\u2019cabament que la mestra gestiona per tal d\u2019acompanyar aquests plans. En aquestes rotllanes s\u2019expliquen les propostes, s\u2019acorden els camins a seguir, es recorden les normes establertes i la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i tamb\u00e9 es revisen els acords adquirits. \u00c9s en aquest moment, tamb\u00e9, quan l\u2019infant t\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat de compartir les seves evid\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge i les seves descobertes i inquietuds. La mestra pren el paper de dinamitzadora, tot agilitzant la comunicaci\u00f3 entre els infants i garantint la participaci\u00f3 de cadascun d\u2019ells.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al llarg del mat\u00ed, en un mateix espai, ens podem trobar infants realitzant propostes diferents (tant pel que fa a \u00e0mbits com tamb\u00e9 de nivells), acompanyats per adults o per altres infants de la tribu. Aprenent plegats, compartint coneixements, aprofundint en els interessos i descobrint nous camins que ens permeten gaudir del dia a dia a l\u2019escola. La pr\u00f2pia responsabilitat de complir amb all\u00f2 acordat amb l\u2019adult, de ser protagonista del nostre recorregut i d\u2019avan\u00e7ar amb la confian\u00e7a donada\u00a0s\u00f3n els pilars en qu\u00e8 es fonamenta aquest projecte.
