{"id":1119,"date":"2020-03-22T15:22:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-22T14:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantesteve\/?p=1119"},"modified":"2020-03-22T16:27:12","modified_gmt":"2020-03-22T15:27:12","slug":"exercicis-fisics-per-fer-a-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escsantesteve\/general\/exercicis-fisics-per-fer-a-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"Exercicis f\u00edsics per fer a casa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"post-title entry-title\"><b style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Activa\u2019t a casa!\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<div id=\"post-body-7180909228368293014\" class=\"post-body entry-content\">\n<div>Segons la Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), \u00e9s recomanable realitzar 60 minuts o m\u00e9s d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria.<\/div>\n<div>S\u00f3n moments dif\u00edcils per a tots i totes i ara \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que mai que ens moguem.<\/div>\n<div>Per qu\u00e8?<\/div>\n<div>Per que realitzar activitat f\u00edsica durant el nostre confinament ens ajudar\u00e0 a millorar la nostra circulaci\u00f3, enfortir el nostre sistema immunitari, controlar el nostre pes, enfortir els nostres ossos i musculatura, reduir l\u2019ansietat i millorar el nostre estat d\u2019\u00e0nim.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, des de l\u2019\u00e0rea d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, us compartim algunes propostes senzilles que poden fer els vostres fills\/es a casa amb poc material o que podeu fer conjuntament amb ells\/es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><u>No podem eliminar alguns exercicis dels v\u00eddeos, per\u00f2 aneu amb compte amb els exercicis on s&#8217;utilitzen peses. Aquests exercicis amb peses s\u00f3n sota la vostra responsabilitat (si els feu, assegurar-vos que la quanitat de pes sigui l&#8217;adequada per l&#8217;edat).<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Exercicis d\u2019activaci\u00f3 individual:<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;
