L\u2019incompliment de les normes de funcionament comportar\u00e0 l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>mesures correctores<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Sempre que sigui possible, es procurar\u00e0 corregir les conductes inadequades mitjan\u00e7ant el di\u00e0leg i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre l\u2019alumnat, el personal monitor i les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Es considera <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>falta<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"> qualsevol conducta que trenqui la conviv\u00e8ncia dins del menjador, a l\u2019acollida matinal o durant la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats relacionades amb aquest servei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Aquestes conductes es comunicaran personalment <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>als tutors\/es de l\u2019alumnat, a la direcci\u00f3 del centre i familiars o tutors legals<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">, utilitzant els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s adients, i quedaran registrades en un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Registre d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">L\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>mesures correctores<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"> afectar\u00e0 tots els usuaris del servei de menjador, tant si s\u00f3n fixes, espor\u00e0dics com becats. Aquestes mesures es prendran de forma proporcionada a la gravetat de la conducta, amb l\u2019objectiu de mantenir i millorar el proc\u00e9s educatiu. Les mesures correctores poden incloure avisos, amonestacions, tasques restauratives, i en casos m\u00e9s greus, l\u2019expulsi\u00f3 temporal o definitiva del servei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Nota:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"> Aquest pla tamb\u00e9 preveu que tot l\u2019alumnat d\u2019I3, despr\u00e9s de dinar, accedeixi a una zona de descans per dormir o relaxar-se. Aquesta activitat \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria per recuperar l\u2019equilibri f\u00edsic i emocional, i \u00e9s fonamental per al seu desenvolupament i benestar. Cal respectar aquest espai i moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', serif; color: #ff9900;\"><b>FALTES LLEUS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Fer un mal \u00fas, intencionat, dels aliments, del parament del menjador o del material del pati.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Arribar repetidament tard al servei.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Tenir una actitud inadequada durant els \u00e0pats (llen\u00e7ar menjar, escopir, mullar la taula intencionadament, fer sorolls, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Molestar repetidament els companys i companyes o tenir conductes desagradables cap a ells.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Realitzar accions antihigi\u00e8niques a la taula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Q\u00fcestionar repetidament les indicacions dels monitors\/es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">No dirigir-se amb correcci\u00f3 al personal del menjador.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Alterar l\u2019ordre i la conviv\u00e8ncia (files, esbarjo, activitats&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Actuaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><br \/>\nEs parlar\u00e0 amb l\u2019alumnat implicat per analitzar els fets i fer-li comprendre la necessitat de canviar d\u2019actitud, afavorint que reconegui l\u2019error i <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>es disculpi<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Reiteraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><br \/>\nL\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>5 faltes lleus<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"> es considerar\u00e0 una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>falta greu<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', serif; color: #ff9900;\"><b>Mesures correctores possibles:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Amonestaci\u00f3 per part del monitor\/a o la coordinadora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Assignaci\u00f3 de tasques restauratives (ajudar a cordar sabates a I3, preparar paper per eixugar-se, omplir gerres, netejar taules, escombrar, pujar cadires&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Exclusi\u00f3 temporal del joc per reflexionar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Canvi de taula o separaci\u00f3 temporal del grup.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', serif; color: #339966;\"><b>FALTES GREUS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Desobeir de manera reiterada les indicacions dels monitors\/es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Fer malb\u00e9 mobiliari o material de forma intencionada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Mostrar actituds de rebuig o discriminaci\u00f3 cap a companys\/es o personal del menjador.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Formar grups per actuar contra un\/a altre\/a company\/a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Manca de respecte, agressions verbals o amenaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Fer insults discriminatoris per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, \u00e8tnia, orientaci\u00f3 sexual, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Sortir del recinte escolar sense autoritzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">Accedir a la cuina sense perm\u00eds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Agafar o sostreure<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"> material o objectes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>Actuaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><br \/>\nS\u2019analitzaran els fets amb l\u2019alumnat, amb l\u2019objectiu que entengui la gravetat de l\u2019acci\u00f3 i <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\"><b>es disculpi<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Century Gothic, serif;\">.
