En general, quan<br \/>\nels nens estiguin afectats per infeccions respirat\u00f2ries lleus, no cal excloure\u2019ls de l\u2019escola. A<br \/>\nm\u00e9s, cal tenir en compte que la transmissi\u00f3 t\u00e9 lloc abans que apareguin els s\u00edmptomes o a<br \/>\npartir del contacte amb nens amb infeccions asimptom\u00e0tiques. El risc de contagi es pot<br \/>\nminimitzar seguint les normes higi\u00e8niques habituals. L\u2019exclusi\u00f3 dels nens malalts de l\u2019escola<br \/>\nes recomana quan, potencialment, es poden reduir les probabilitats d\u2019aparici\u00f3 de casos<br
