Aula d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i suport<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019aula d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 i suport est\u00e0 formada per:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dues mestres d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Especial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una mestra d\u2019Audici\u00f3 i Llenguatge<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest curs comptem amb la mateixa persona referent de l\u2019EAP (equip d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gic que tenim les escoles) que aquest curs continuar\u00e0 venint els divendres al mat\u00ed setmanalment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dues vetlladores amb dedicaci\u00f3 parcial de suport individual<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logopeda del CREDA (serveis de suport als centres educatius per l\u2019alumnat amb greus dificultats d\u2019audici\u00f3, llenguatge o comunicaci\u00f3) amb atenci\u00f3 individualitzada<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mestres d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Especial realitzen sessions de treball en petits grups que es fan des de 2n fins a 6\u00e8 de Prim\u00e0ria atenent:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als alumnes NEE (necessitats educatives especials), alumnes de necessitats de tipus socials, nens nouvinguts al nostre sistema educatiu i alumnat amb trastorn d\u2019aprenentatge o comunicaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguiment dels diferents Plans de Suport Individualitzats i de l\u2019alumnat amb diferents tipus de diagn\u00f2stic psicol\u00f2gic i pedag\u00f2gic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establim grups de treball amb alumnes d\u2019altes capacitats<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0La mestra d\u2019Audici\u00f3 i Llenguatge treballa a Ed. Infantil i a 1r de Prim\u00e0ria amb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sessions d\u2019atenci\u00f3 individualitzada o en petit grup a 1r<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3 dins l\u2019aula a Infantil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sessions de detecci\u00f3 a I3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sessions de consci\u00e8ncia fonol\u00f2gica a I3, I4 i I5<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les tres mestres de l\u2019Aula d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 i Suport realitzen sessions de coordinaci\u00f3 amb la persona de l\u2019EAP setmanalment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, s\u2019estableixen diferents comissions de treball amb periodicitat bimensual:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa inclusiva <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-CAEI- en la que l\u2019equip directiu i l\u2019EAP fan el seguiment de l\u2019alumnat susceptible d\u2019aquests recursos d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comissi\u00f3 social formada <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per: el director, mestres de l\u2019aula d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i suport, referent de l\u2019EAP, la psic\u00f2loga municipal i les treballadores dels serveis socials municipals. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recursos per atendre la diversitat.
