Our pupils start learning English as a foreign language when they are in P4. They learn routines, classroom language and specific vocabulary and expressions refering to different topics such as colours, numbers, farm animals, … Also, they learn about traditions and festivities from the English culture like Halloween, Christmas and Easter. The sessions take place in the English classroom and we usually work with puppets, flashcards, storybooks, realia and the interactive white board. Students love to participate singing and acting out the songs, representing short roleplays and responding physically to differents commands.<\/p>\n

Els alumnes de P4 han comen\u00e7at aquest curs l’aprenentatge de l’angl\u00e8s com a llengua estrangera. Treballem rutines de l’aula, vocabulari de classe, aix\u00ed com paraules i expressions espec\u00edficques de cada tema com podrien ser els colors, els n\u00fameros, els animals de granja, … Tamb\u00e9, es treballen les tradicions i les festes de la cultura anglesa com “Halloween”, Nadal i Pasqua. Les sessions es fan a l’aula d’angl\u00e8s i normalment es treballa amb titelles, “flashcards”, contes, material manipulable i la pissarra interactiva. Als alumnes els hi agrada molt cantar les can\u00e7ons, representar petits di\u00e0legs i respondre amb moviment a differents instruccions.
