Avaluar vol dir <strong>acompanyar els infants<\/strong>, ajudar-los a ser conscients del que aprenen, com ho aprenen i qu\u00e8 poden fer per continuar millorant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquesta mirada est\u00e0 alineada amb les <strong>orientacions del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/strong>, que conceben l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 com una eina per aprendre, reflexionar i progressar, posant l\u2019alumnat al centre del seu propi aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avaluar per aprendre: qu\u00e8 vol dir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que duem a terme al centre \u00e9s <strong>cont\u00ednua, formativa i competencial<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 significa que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">S\u2019avalua al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s, no nom\u00e9s al final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Es posa l\u2019accent en el <strong>progr\u00e9s de cada infant<\/strong>, respectant els diferents ritmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Es valora la capacitat d\u2019aplicar els aprenentatges a situacions reals i significatives.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Avaluar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s comprovar qu\u00e8 saben, sin\u00f3 <strong>ajudar-los a entendre qu\u00e8 estan aprenent i com poden millorar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 dels plans de treball i dels equips cooperatius<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Els <strong>plans de treball<\/strong> i el funcionament dels <strong>equips cooperatius<\/strong> s\u00f3n elements clau del nostre projecte educatiu i tamb\u00e9 formen part de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En els plans de treball s\u2019avalua tant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El <strong>progr\u00e9s individual<\/strong> de cada infant,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Com la seva capacitat d\u2019organitzar-se, responsabilitzar-se i gestionar el propi aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En el treball cooperatiu, l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 en compte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La participaci\u00f3 activa,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El compliment dels rols,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La capacitat de col\u00b7laborar, escoltar i construir aprenentatges amb els altres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquests processos ajuden els infants a desenvolupar habilitats personals i socials essencials per al seu futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compartir objectius i criteris: saber qu\u00e8 i com aprenem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Al centre donem molta import\u00e0ncia a la <strong>transpar\u00e8ncia en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, compartim amb l\u2019alumnat els <strong>objectius d\u2019aprenentatge i els criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong> de manera clara i entenedora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A trav\u00e9s dels <strong>Classroom de cada classe<\/strong>, els infants i fam\u00edlies poden veure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Qu\u00e8 estan aprenent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Com s\u2019avaluar\u00e0,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quins aspectes han de tenir en compte per millorar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica fomenta la <strong>responsabilitat, l\u2019autonomia i la implicaci\u00f3<\/strong> en el propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diversitat d\u2019instruments i protagonisme de l\u2019alumnat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilitzem una <strong>gran varietat d\u2019instruments d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>: observacions, r\u00fabriques, dianes, produccions escrites, exposicions orals, projectes, dossiers, activitats pr\u00e0ctiques, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, promovem activament la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 els infants reflexionin sobre el que han apr\u00e8s i com ho han fet.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Coavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per aprendre a donar i rebre feedback constructiu entre iguals.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquest enfocament ajuda a desenvolupar una mirada cr\u00edtica, reflexiva i responsable sobre l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Informes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies \u00e9s un element clau del nostre model d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3. Per aquest motiu, els <strong>informes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong> tenen un car\u00e0cter qualitatiu i descriptiu, i ofereixen una <strong>visi\u00f3 global del progr\u00e9s de cada infant<\/strong>, tant a nivell acad\u00e8mic com personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>educaci\u00f3 infantil<\/strong>, els informes s\u2019adapten al moment evolutiu dels infants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>I3<\/strong> es realitzen <strong>tres informes<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Un primer informe d\u2019<strong>adaptaci\u00f3<\/strong> al mes d\u2019octubre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dos informes de <strong>seguiment<\/strong>, al febrer i al juny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>I4 i I5<\/strong>, es realitzen <strong>dos informes<\/strong>, al febrer i al juny, centrats en l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges i del desenvolupament personal i social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria<\/strong>, es realitzen <strong>tres informes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong> al llarg del curs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Desembre<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Mar\u00e7<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Juny<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019informe del mes de <strong>mar\u00e7<\/strong> t\u00e9 un format espec\u00edfic, amb un <strong>comentari general global<\/strong>, que permet fer una aturada reflexiva sobre el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, i s\u2019hi <strong>adjunten les autoavaluacions dels infants<\/strong>, fomentant aix\u00ed la seva implicaci\u00f3 i la presa de consci\u00e8ncia del propi progr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En totes les etapes, les qualificacions s\u2019expressen mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>graus d\u2019assoliment qualitatius<\/strong>, que permeten descriure amb m\u00e9s precisi\u00f3 en quin punt es troba cada infant i com evoluciona al llarg del temps.
