Aprendre a respectar, a regular les pr\u00f2pies emocions i a responsabilitzar-se de les mateixes accions forma part del nostre projecte educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per aquest motiu, el centre disposa d\u2019una <strong>regulaci\u00f3 clara i compartida de la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, que estableix com actuem davant les diferents situacions que es poden donar en el dia a dia escolar, sempre amb una mirada educativa, preventiva i restaurativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una regulaci\u00f3 progressiva i educativa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La gesti\u00f3 de la conviv\u00e8ncia al centre segueix un <strong>ordre progressiu<\/strong>, en funci\u00f3 de la gravetat i la reiteraci\u00f3 dels fets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Escala de colors<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Diari d\u2019aula<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Full groc<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Full vermell<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquestes actuacions estan recollides a la <strong>Carpeta 14. Conviv\u00e8ncia Escolar<\/strong>, on el professorat disposa dels criteris comuns i dels models de documentaci\u00f3 corresponents. Tota aquesta regulaci\u00f3 quedar\u00e0 explicada de manera m\u00e9s extensa a les <strong>NOFC del centre<\/strong>, actualment en proc\u00e9s de revisi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs\" data-active-tab=\"0\"><ul class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-links\"><\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>L\u2019escala de colors: reflexionar i autoregular-se<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019<strong>escala de colors<\/strong> \u00e9s una eina educativa que s\u2019utilitza a les aules per afavorir la reflexi\u00f3 sobre el comportament i la conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Els colors s\u00f3n <strong>verd, groc i vermell<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Qualsevol docent que interv\u00e9 a l\u2019aula pot modificar el color d\u2019un infant en funci\u00f3 del seu comportament durant l\u2019horari lectiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El canvi de color es fa de manera <strong>progressiva (per meitats)<\/strong>, per facilitar la presa de consci\u00e8ncia i la reflexi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quan un infant arriba al <strong>vermell<\/strong>, ja no pot retrocedir de color.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El funcionament s\u2019adapta a l\u2019edat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>cicle inicial<\/strong>, els infants tornen a verd a l\u2019inici de cada jornada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A <strong>cicle mitj\u00e0 i superior<\/strong>, es torna a verd a l\u2019inici de la setmana (amb una aproximaci\u00f3 progressiva a segon, durant el tercer trimestre).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cada canvi de color va sempre <strong>acompanyat d\u2019un di\u00e0leg educatiu<\/strong>, que ajuda l\u2019infant a entendre qu\u00e8 ha passat, com s\u2019ha sentit i qu\u00e8 pot fer diferent. L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s <strong>potenciar l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3 i la responsabilitat personal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Al final de la setmana, el color es comunica a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019<strong>agenda<\/strong>, per tal que tamb\u00e9 es pugui fer una reflexi\u00f3 compartida amb la fam\u00edlia. A cicle inicial, s\u2019hi comunica la mitjana setmanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019escala de colors al menjador escolar<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El menjador \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un espai educatiu. Per aix\u00f2, el <strong>menjador disposa de la seva pr\u00f2pia escala de colors<\/strong>, diferenciada de la de l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Aquesta mesura permet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Refor\u00e7ar l\u2019autoritat educativa dels monitors i monitores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Millorar la gesti\u00f3 de la conviv\u00e8ncia en aquest espai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Donar coher\u00e8ncia als missatges educatius que reben els infants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cada classe disposa d\u2019una <strong>segona escala de colors<\/strong>, amb els infants que es queden habitualment al menjador. En cas que un infant acabi la setmana en vermell, els monitors poden demanar l\u2019agenda per comunicar-ho a la fam\u00edlia. En aquests casos, l\u2019infant pot portar <strong>dos gomets<\/strong>: el de l\u2019escola i el del menjador.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>El diari d\u2019aula: informar i acompanyar<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El <strong>diari d\u2019aula<\/strong> s\u2019utilitza quan alguna conducta que ha provocat un canvi de color \u00e9s prou rellevant per informar-ne la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Es comunica a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019<strong>agenda<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 la fam\u00edlia en tingui const\u00e0ncia i la pugui signar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Qualsevol docent del centre pot elaborar un diari d\u2019aula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cada classe disposa d\u2019una carpeta amb les instruccions i les plantilles corresponents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quan s\u2019acumulen <strong>tres diaris d\u2019aula<\/strong>, es passa a la seg\u00fcent fase: el <strong>full groc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>Full groc i full vermell: actuacions m\u00e9s formals<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El <strong>full groc<\/strong> s\u2019elabora:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quan s\u2019acumulen tres diaris d\u2019aula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">O quan la conducta es considera lleu per\u00f2 requereix una actuaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s formal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El <strong>full vermell<\/strong> s\u2019elabora:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quan s\u2019acumulen tres fulls grocs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">O quan la conducta es considera greu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Tant els fulls grocs com els vermells es redacten <strong>conjuntament entre el docent i la direcci\u00f3 del centre<\/strong>, i es fan arribar a la fam\u00edlia en un <strong>sobre tancat<\/strong>. Un cop retornats i signats, es guarden a l\u2019expedient de l\u2019infant.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong>Escola i fam\u00edlies: un treball compartit<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Creiem fermament que la conviv\u00e8ncia s\u2019educa millor quan <strong>escola i fam\u00edlies caminem plegades<\/strong>.
