Ha estat un taller sobre l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable on ens han explicat que alimentar-se b\u00e9 vol dir sentir-se amb energia, vitalitat i alegria, \u00e9s a dir, gaudir d\u2019una bona salut. L\u2019esmorzar \u00e9s l\u2019\u00e0pat m\u00e9s important del dia i ha de contenir l\u00e0ctics, cereals i fruita. Per grups hem preparat un esmorzar. Quantes coses que hem apr\u00e8s!<\/p>\n
