L\u2019hort \u00e9s una eina pedag\u00f2gica destinada a nens de prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria i batxillerat que permet el treball de conceptes, h\u00e0bits, actituds i procediments, aix\u00ed com valors. Es recomanable que quant abans es comenci el contacte aquesta eina molt millor, si cal des de P3.<\/p>\n

A l’hort hem aplicat diferents conceptes treballats a l’aula, i no nom\u00e9s de medi! Hem mesurat el per\u00edmetre del nostre hort, hem llaurat la terra, hem escampat adob, hem vist els horts dels ve\u00efns i hem tingut molta cura de passar pels caminets marcats!<\/p>\n

Per tant..hem treballat matem\u00e0tiques, medi, respecte, observaci\u00f3, natura …<\/p>\n
