Entre els quals podr\u00edem destacar els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ajuda a superar la timidesa i a desenvolupar les\u00a0habilitats socials.<\/li>\n<li>serveix com a ingr\u00e9s a la societat ja que han de seguir unes regles pautades. El fet d\u2019haver de complir unes normes tamb\u00e9 contribueix a l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;infant, a aprendre a frenar impulsos excessius.<\/li>\n<li>Afavoreix l\u2019autonomia del nen\/a, ja que es tracta d\u2019un \u00e0mbit en el qual es troben sols (en abs\u00e8ncia dels pares).<\/li>\n<li>En el cas de l\u2019esport en equip, els ensenya a ser menys individualistes, m\u00e9s emp\u00e0tics i m\u00e9s col\u00b7laboradors.<\/li>\n<li>A nivell f\u00edsic els ajuda a desenvolupar la for\u00e7a dels m\u00fasculs i a coordinar els moviments. A\u00a0m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 millora la seva flexibilitat i agilitat.<\/li>\n<li>Estimula la higiene i la salut (evitant l\u2019obesitat, prevenci\u00f3 de diabetis tipus II).<\/li>\n<li>Contribueix a una sensaci\u00f3 de benestar mental ja que genera endorfines (neurotransmisors cerebrals anomenats \u201cles hormones de la felicitat\u201d) .<\/li>\n<li>Millora la seva <strong>autoestima<\/strong> ja que se sent valorat pels altres.<\/li>\n<li>Els ensenya que han de complir amb una s\u00e8rie de <strong>responsabilitats<\/strong> i <strong>obligacions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ens ho hem passat d&#8217;all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e9&#8230; mireu, mireu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
