Primer hem\u00a0 xafat la\u00a0 patata bullida, despr\u00e9s l&#8217;hem barrejada\u00a0 amb el sucre per poder-lo desfer millor i finalment hi hem afegit\u00a0 farina d&#8217;ametlla. Ens ha sortit una massa compacte que l&#8217;hem deixat repossar 1 hora a la nevera de l&#8217;escola. Despr\u00e9s hem fet boletes i les hem passat per clara d&#8217;ou i ho hem arrebossat amb coco, pinyons i ametlla picada. Tot seguit , hem pintat els panellets , fent servir\u00a0 un pinzell, amb\u00a0 rovell d&#8217; ou.\u00a0 Finalment\u00a0 , hem portat els panellets a la cuina per coure&#8217;ls al forn.<\/p>\n<p
