La jornada s\u2019inicia amb una sessi\u00f3 de biologia a <i>Year 11<\/i> a la qu\u00e8 la professora fa una pregunta oberta a partir d\u2019un gr\u00e0fic amb les dades amagades, fomentant la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat i la formulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;hip\u00f2tesis. Despr\u00e9s de compartir impressions, es revela la informaci\u00f3 i es construeix l\u2019explicaci\u00f3 a partir de les aportacions de l\u2019alumnat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hoy es el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de esta movilidad de Erasmus. La jornada se inicia con una sesi\u00f3n de biolog\u00eda en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Year 11<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> en la que la profesora hace una pregunta abierta a partir de un gr\u00e1fico con los datos escondidos, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n del alumnado y la formulaci\u00f3n de hip\u00f3tesis. Despu\u00e9s de compartir impresiones, se revela la informaci\u00f3n y se construye la explicaci\u00f3n a partir de las aportaciones del alumnado.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today is the last day of this Erasmus mobility. The day begins with a Year 11 biology session in which the teacher asks an open-ended question based on a graph with the data hidden, encouraging student participation and the formulation of hypotheses. After sharing their impressions, the information is revealed and the explanation is built from the students\u2019 contributions.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>La metodologia combina diferents formats d\u2019agrupaci\u00f3. Primer, es treballa en gran grup per generar idees inicials, despr\u00e9s, la classe es divideix en dos grans grups, on cada un investiga un aspecte diferent amb el material disponible a la plataforma. En acabar s\u2019assigna un n\u00famero a cada persona i ha d\u2019ajuntar-se amb el mateix nombre de l\u2019altre grup.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La metodolog\u00eda combina diferentes formatos de agrupaci\u00f3n. Primero, se trabaja en grupo grande para generar ideas iniciales, despu\u00e9s, la clase se divide en dos grandes grupos, donde cada uno investiga un aspecto diferente con el material disponible en la plataforma. Cuando acaban,\u00a0 se asigna un n\u00famero a cada persona y tiene que juntarse con el mismo n\u00famero del otro grupo.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The methodology combines different grouping formats. First, the whole class works together to generate initial ideas. Then, the class is divided into two large groups, each investigating a different aspect using the materials available on the platform. At the end, each person is assigned a number and must join the person with the same number from the other group.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ens ha cridat l\u2019atenci\u00f3 que molts alumnes han arribat tard i la professora els ha demanat que justifiquin el motiu. Li donen molta import\u00e0ncia a la puntualitat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nos ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n que muchos alumnos han llegado tarde y la profesora les ha pedido que justifiquen el motivo. Le dan mucha importancia a la puntualidad.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We were struck by the fact that many students arrived late and the teacher asked them to justify the reason. Un grup de cinc centres educatius treballa de manera col\u00b7laborativa en el disseny i aplicaci\u00f3 del curr\u00edculum dels cursos <i>Year 8<\/i>, 9, 10 i 11. Actualment, la mat\u00e8ria \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria del <i>Year 5<\/i> al <i>Year 9<\/i> i optativa posteriorment, encara que varia segons el centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Despu\u00e9s de la clase de biolog\u00eda hemos tenido una reuni\u00f3n con la responsable de los dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos del centro, que nos ha explicado c\u00f3mo preparan la programaci\u00f3n de Inform\u00e1tica. Un grupo de cinco centros educativos trabaja de manera colaborativa en el dise\u00f1o y aplicaci\u00f3n del curr\u00edculum de los cursos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Year 8, 9, 10 y 11<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Actualmente, la materia es obligatoria del <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Year 5 al Year 9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y optativa posteriormente, aunque var\u00eda seg\u00fan el centro.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the biology class, we had a meeting with the person responsible for technological devices at the school, who explained to us how they prepare the Computer Science curriculum. A group of five educational centres work collaboratively on the design and implementation of the curriculum for Years 8, 9, 10 and 11. Currently, the subject is compulsory from Year 5 to Year 9 and optional afterwards, although this varies depending on the school.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ens ha explicat que a <i>Year 8<\/i>, per exemple, l&#8217;enfocament se centra a comprendre com funciona la tecnologia (ordinadors, Internet i fonaments de programaci\u00f3) m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del seu \u00fas. Tamb\u00e9 es treballa de manera transversal l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 medi\u00e0tica i la protecci\u00f3 de dades a totes les assignatures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nos ha explicado que en el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Year 8<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, por ejemplo, el enfoque se centra en comprender c\u00f3mo funciona la tecnolog\u00eda (ordenadores, Internet y programaci\u00f3n) m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su uso. Tambi\u00e9n se trabaja de manera transversal la educaci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica y la protecci\u00f3n de datos en todas las asignaturas.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">She explained to us that in Year 8, for example, the focus is on understanding how technology works (computers, the Internet, and the fundamentals of programming), going beyond simply using it. Media literacy and data protection are also addressed across all subjects in a cross-curricular way.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;equip impulsor es reuneix peri\u00f2dicament per a coordinar continguts i compartir resultats amb el professorat. Encara que compten amb poca formaci\u00f3 inicial espec\u00edfica i temps limitat per a la coordinaci\u00f3, el comprom\u00eds docent i l&#8217;alliberament parcial d&#8217;hores per als responsables de l&#8217;\u00e0rea fan que puguin reunir-se i posar en com\u00fa la programaci\u00f3 i les estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El equipo impulsor se re\u00fane peri\u00f3dicamente para coordinar contenidos y compartir resultados con el profesorado. Aunque cuentan con poca formaci\u00f3n inicial espec\u00edfica y tiempo limitado para la coordinaci\u00f3n, el compromiso docente y la liberaci\u00f3n parcial de horas para los responsables del \u00e1rea hacen que puedan reunirse y poner en com\u00fan la programaci\u00f3n y las estrategias de ense\u00f1anza y aprendizaje.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The coordinating team meets regularly to coordinate content and share results with the teaching staff. Although they have limited specific initial training and little time for coordination, the teachers\u2019 commitment and the partial release of teaching hours for those responsible for the area enable them to meet and share the curriculum planning as well as teaching and learning strategies.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hem acabat les observacions amb una classe d\u2019inform\u00e0tica, del<i> Year 12<\/i>. L&#8217;alumnat ha estat treballant amb una demo similar a Instagram. El professor ens ha explicat que estan codificant i descodificant contrasenyes. Despr\u00e9s han visualitzat un v\u00eddeo dels inicis d&#8217;Internet que explicava com funcionava a partir d&#8217;una l\u00ednia telef\u00f2nica i un m\u00f2dem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hemos acabado las observaciones con una clase de ICT, del <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Year 12<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. El alumnado ha estado trabajando con una demo similar a Instagram. El profesor nos ha explicado que est\u00e1n codificando y descodificando contrase\u00f1as. Despu\u00e9s han visualizado un video de los inicios de internet que explicaba c\u00f3mo funcionaba internet a partir de una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica y un m\u00f3dem.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We finished the observations with a Year 12 Computer Science class. The students had been working with a demo similar to Instagram. The teacher explained to us that they are coding and decoding passwords. Afterwards, they watched a video about the early days of the Internet, which explained how it worked using a telephone line and a modem.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>La classe ha continuat amb una recerca personal a partir d&#8217;unes preguntes guia i la posada en com\u00fa de les respostes. En ser una classe petita (6 alumnes), ha participat tothom. El clima ha estat de concentraci\u00f3, inter\u00e8s i participaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La clase ha continuado con una investigaci\u00f3n personal a partir de unas preguntas gu\u00eda y la puesta en com\u00fan de las respuestas. Al ser una clase peque\u00f1a (6 alumnos), ha participado todo el mundo. El clima ha sido de concentraci\u00f3n, inter\u00e9s y participaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The class continued with individual research based on a set of guiding questions, followed by a sharing of answers. As it was a small class (6 students), everyone took part. Observar altres maneres de treballar, comparar realitats i compartir pr\u00e0ctiques, ens ha obert la mirada i ens ha fet sortir de la nostra zona de confort. Marxem amb noves idees, m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a i una xarxa de contactes que continuar\u00e0 enriquint la nostra tasca. Sens dubte, ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia transformadora que deixar\u00e0 empremta en la nostra traject\u00f2ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acabar una estancia de Erasmus haciendo jobshadowing ha sido mucho m\u00e1s que una experiencia formativa: ha sido una oportunidad para crecer profesionalmente y personalmente. Observar otras maneras de trabajar, comparar realidades y compartir pr\u00e1cticas, nos ha abierto la mirada y nos ha hecho salir de nuestra zona de confort. Volvemos con nuevas ideas, m\u00e1s confianza y una red de contactos que continuar\u00e1 enriqueciendo nuestra tarea. Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia transformadora que dejar\u00e1 huella en nuestra trayectoria.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Finishing an Erasmus stay with job shadowing has been much more than a training experience: it has been an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Observing different ways of working, comparing realities, and sharing practices has broadened our perspective and pushed us out of our comfort zone. We leave with new ideas, greater confidence, and a network of contacts that will continue to enrich our work.
