Recentment ha finalitzat un per\u00edode d&#8217;obres que permet acollir una doble l\u00ednia escolar des de P3 fins a 6\u00e8. Aquestes noves rehabilitacions tamb\u00e9 han millorat les condicions tecnol\u00f2giques del centre ampliant les cobertures nivell de wifi, tot i que a nivell de cablejat encara tenim la infraestructura del projecte Heura (2008).En aquests moments el centre disposa d&#8217;una aula d&#8217;inform\u00e0tica amb un nombre aproximat de 25 ordinadors, totes les aules de tutoria tenen PDI, i tamb\u00e9 a l&#8217;aula de m\u00fasica gr\u00e0cies al projecte T\u00e0ndem que compartim amb l&#8217;ESMUC. Durant el curs 2020-21 es va rebre la dotaci\u00f3 de port\u00e0tils per professorat i per l\u2019alumnat de 6<sup>\u00e8<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">La p\u00e0gina WEB del centre est\u00e0 allotjada al servidor del Departament (\u00e0gora). Est\u00e0 gestionada per tot el claustre, i t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s a una \u00e0rea interna amb domini propi, a la qu\u00e8 es pot accedir a trav\u00e9s de Google (GSuite for education), i que \u00e9s utilitzada per tota la comunitat educativa com a canal informatiu i de gesti\u00f3. En els \u00faltims cursos s&#8217;ha apostat per la renovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica i la introducci\u00f3 de la rob\u00f2tica i la programaci\u00f3 al nostre curr\u00edculum, amb diverses inversions i col\u00b7laboracions econ\u00f2miques per part de l&#8217;AFA de l&#8217;escola. Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i xarxes:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Hi ha discrep\u00e0ncies entre la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019equip directiu i la del professorat, sent aquest segon el que puntua m\u00e9s baix a les tres preguntes. Han quedat en prioritat mitjana els aspectes B2 (debat sobre l\u2019\u00fas de la tecnologia) i B3 (col\u00b7laboracions), i en prioritat alta el B1 (avaluaci\u00f3 del progr\u00e9s).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la FIC haurem de proposar espais de reflexi\u00f3 i per compartir bones pr\u00e0ctiques, a m\u00e9s de trobades programades al llarg del curs per fer un seguiment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>C. Infraestructura i equipament:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tornem a veure discrep\u00e0ncies entra la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019equip directiu i la del professorat al punt C7 (protecci\u00f3 de dades). Com que un dels blocs de la FIC est\u00e0 dedicat exclusivament a aquest aspecte, creiem que donar\u00e0 eines i coneixements a tot el professorat per ser conscients de la import\u00e0ncia del tractament de dades sensibles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En quant a l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica (C5) coincidim en que l\u2019horari i disponibilitat de la persona coordinadora no \u00e9s suficient per gestionar les incid\u00e8ncies del dia a dia, i que l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 d\u2019horari de t\u00e8cnic preventiu nom\u00e9s serveix per tasques programades com actualitzacions o maquetacions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>D. Desenvolupament professional continu:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A tota l\u2019\u00e0rea hi ha una visi\u00f3 molt diferent des de l\u2019equip directiu i del professorat, en totes les respostes hi ha m\u00e9s d\u2019un punt de difer\u00e8ncia. L\u2019equip directiu considera que que hi ha prou debat, acc\u00e9s i intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies, en canvi el professorat ho puntua en una franja mitjana. El punt D3 (Intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies) \u00e9s el que t\u00e9 una puntuaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s baixa de mitjana, per tant creiem que s\u2019ha de reflexionar sobre les necessitats del professorat per fer les actuacions necess\u00e0ries per millorar aquesta \u00e0rea. La FIC ens proporcionar\u00e0 l\u2019espai i el temps per fer-ho i detectar aquestes mancances.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>E. Pedagogia. Recolzament i recursos:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la creaci\u00f3 de recursos digitals E2 hi ha una difer\u00e8ncia d\u2019un punt entre la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019equip directiu i la del professorat. La reflexi\u00f3 pot ser que l\u2019equip docent crea recursos per\u00f2 no sempre s\u00f3n visibles i coneguts per la resta del claustre. En aquest cas es fa evident la necessitat de la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un repositori de recursos i bones pr\u00e0ctiques per treure el m\u00e0xim profit de tot el material creat per l\u2019equip.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tamb\u00e9 cal destacar la visi\u00f3 del professorat sobre l\u2019\u00fas dels entorns virtuals d&#8217;aprenentatge (E3) que valoren amb un 3,5 per\u00f2 l\u2019equip directiu valora amb un 5. Una observaci\u00f3 que volem fer com a comissi\u00f3 \u00e9s que Educaci\u00f3 Infantil \u00e9s de doble l\u00ednia per\u00f2 a prim\u00e0ria estem encara en proc\u00e9s de desdoblament. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que la meitat del claustre \u00e9s d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Infantil, i la seva visi\u00f3 i \u00fas de les tecnologies \u00e9s diferent i en molts casos inferior, per tant les puntuacions a molts apartats no reflecteixen la realitat de prim\u00e0ria. Caldr\u00e0 fer una reflexi\u00f3 d\u2019escola per marcar unes l\u00ednies de treball i \u00fas dels EVA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>F. Pedagogia. Implementaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La visi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat a l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de les activitats assignades (F1) ens ha sorpr\u00e8s i provocat reflexi\u00f3. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Despr\u00e9s de reflexionar-hi,pensem que la causa subjacent \u00e9s que els materials s\u2019adapten m\u00e9s quan s\u00f3n en paper que en format digital. Tot i aix\u00f2 ja s\u2019est\u00e0 fent un canvi en aquest sentit per\u00f2 veiem que l\u2019alumnat no t\u00e9 la mateixa percepci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019apartat del foment de la creativitat (F3) ha estat valorat per tot l\u2019equip per sota del 4, a la FIC haurem de pensar en donar eines i recursos per treballar la creativitat des de les tecnologies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat (F5) tornem a tenir una visi\u00f3 polaritzada entre equip directiu i professorat, per\u00f2 creiem que \u00e9s per l\u2019alt nombre de professorat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Infantil que ha respost el test que no fa servir la tecnologia per treballar en grup ni propiciar la connexi\u00f3 entre l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Els projectes interdisciplinars (F6) tenen encara poca implicaci\u00f3 de la tecnologia segons l\u2019enquesta, s\u2019hauran de buscar estrat\u00e8gies i eines que fomentin l\u2019\u00fas de les tecnologies com un recurs m\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>G. Pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aquesta \u00e0rea \u00e9s la pitjor valorada. Com a claustre som conscients d\u2019aquestes mancances i aquest curs hem fet una formaci\u00f3 de centre sobre l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 per tenir m\u00e9s coneixements i recursos al respecte. Hem decidit que els aspectes <span style=\"color: #000000;\">G3<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> (Retroalimentaci\u00f3 adequada), <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G5<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autoreflexi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019aprenentatge<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">)<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">i <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G7 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> (Comentaris a d\u2019altres alumnes sobre la seva feina) siguin prioritaris a la FIC per poder treballar eines com el CoRubrics que faciliten l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa a trav\u00e9s d\u2019eines tecnol\u00f2giques.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u2019haur\u00e0 de dedicar un espai de debat ben ampli <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">per parlar i arribar a acords de claustre sobre el tipus d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 qu\u00e8 volem i com la portarem a terme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u><b>H. La dotaci\u00f3 de port\u00e0tils a l\u2019alumnat de 6<sup>\u00e8<\/sup> ha resolt aquestes dificultats nom\u00e9s a aquest curs, per\u00f2 continuem amb moltes fam\u00edlies a tots els nivells sense aquest acc\u00e9s garantit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Baixa compet\u00e8ncia digital de les fam\u00edlies: un alt percentatge de fam\u00edlies han tingut dificultats per fer l\u2019acompanyament als infants per falta de coneixements i compet\u00e8ncia digital. Es proposar\u00e0 a l\u2019AFA oferir cursos a aquestes fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Temps dels docents per desenvolupar material: com a tots els centres, el temps \u00e9s un dels recursos m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils de gestionar i la sensaci\u00f3 de que altres tasques ocupen aquests temps \u00e9s generalitzada. Creiem que la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un repositori pot ser molt \u00fatil per estalviar temps compartint all\u00f2 que ja s\u2019ha fet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Dificultat per involucrar l\u2019alumnat: en al cas de les activitats i tasques proposades en format digital, no s\u2019ha fet de manera obligat\u00f2ria i avaluable perqu\u00e8 no tenim garantit l\u2019acc\u00e9s a tot l\u2019alumnat, per tant la implicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat no \u00e9s homog\u00e8nia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Dificultats per donar suport a les fam\u00edlies: la comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies ha millorat molt amb els canals digitals, per\u00f2 l\u2019acompanyament per donar suport als infants no ha estat planificat. En canvi no tenim dispositius per treballar individualment amb l\u2019alumnat a les aules (port\u00e0tils, tauletes, &#8230;), nom\u00e9s una aula d\u2019inform\u00e0tica amb 23 ordinadors que ja estan obsolets. A 6<sup>\u00e8<\/sup> hem rebut una dotaci\u00f3 de port\u00e0tils per l\u2019alumnat, per\u00f2 no repercuteix a la resta d\u2019alumnat que segueix sense dispositius per poder treballar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Limitacions de l\u2019espai escolar: el nostre centre no t\u00e9 problemes d\u2019espai.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Falta de temps per als professors: no hi ha un horari reservat, ni una planificaci\u00f3 dedicada a l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital o a la creaci\u00f3 de material, per tant hi ha la sensaci\u00f3 de falta de temps perqu\u00e8 sempre hi ha altres tasques que es prioritzen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Professors amb compet\u00e8ncies digitals insuficients: hi ha un sector del professorat que necessita incrementar i millorar la seva compet\u00e8ncia digital, per\u00f2 tot l\u2019equip ha fet un gran esfor\u00e7 els \u00faltims 3 cursos per posar-se al dia en eines i noves tecnologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Alumnes amb compet\u00e8ncies digitals insuficients: tot i que la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat \u00e9s que tenen una bona compet\u00e8ncia digital, la realitat \u00e9s una altra.
