{"id":10458,"date":"2023-03-30T18:00:11","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T16:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapaucasalsrubi\/?p=10458"},"modified":"2023-03-30T18:42:09","modified_gmt":"2023-03-30T16:42:09","slug":"taller-croma-escola-pau-casals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapaucasalsrubi\/curs-2022-23\/taller-croma-escola-pau-casals\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller CROMA Escola Pau Casals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapaucasalsrubi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1615\/2023\/03\/croma2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10459\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapaucasalsrubi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1615\/2023\/03\/croma2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"70\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El programa CROMA 2.0 \u00e9s una iniciativa de la FAS (Fundaci\u00f3 Aut\u00f2noma Solid\u00e0ria), que promou la vinculaci\u00f3 de la UAB amb centres de prim\u00e0ria del Vall\u00e8s Occidental amb pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019alumnat en risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<p>Posen en contacte estudiants de la UAB amb els infants dels centres educatius. La tasca principal dels estudiants \u00e9s acompanyar i donar suport educatiu i emocional a aquests infants, que, per les seves circumst\u00e0ncies socioecon\u00f2miques i personals, tenen dificultats a l\u2019hora d\u2019aconseguir traject\u00f2ries d\u2019\u00e8xit escolar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CROMA\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>ohesi\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>R<\/strong>eferent,<strong>\u00a0O<\/strong>portunitat,\u00a0<strong>M<\/strong>otivaci\u00f3 i\u00a0<strong>A<\/strong>utonomia.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> finalitat<\/strong> dels tallers de suport educatiu \u00e9s la de promoure la vinculaci\u00f3 de la universitat amb les escoles de prim\u00e0ria per incrementar l\u2019inter\u00e8s per l\u2019aprenentatge dels infants. Es tracta de treballar per la promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 formal i la continu\u00eftat educativa dels infants mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019acompanyament de voluntariat universitari.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els objectius:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoure l\u2019inter\u00e8s per l\u2019aprenentatge (curiositat, experimentaci\u00f3&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir h\u00e0bits d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i estudi.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana<\/li>\n<li>Treballar les habilitats socials: relaci\u00f3 entre iguals, gesti\u00f3 de conflictes, cooperaci\u00f3, respecte cap els altres i treball en equip.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar les habilitats emocionals: reconeixement, gesti\u00f3 i acceptaci\u00f3 de les pr\u00f2pies emocions i les dels companys i companyes.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure vincles entre Universitat i Escola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Els tallers CROMA 2.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els tallers de suport a l\u2019aprenentatge van dirigits a infants que estan cursant\u00a05\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria (d\u2019entre 10 i 12 anys) i s\u2019entenen com un entorn de treball relaxat i diferenciat de l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria que afavoreix una bona integraci\u00f3, actitud i motivaci\u00f3 dels infants.<\/p>\n<p>Les activitats principals dels tallers es divideixen en\u00a0tres trimestres. Durant el\u00a0primer trimestre, es destinen les sessions a treballar la\u00a0din\u00e0mica de grup, a partir d\u2019activitats que reforcin l\u2019autoestima, la cohesi\u00f3 del grup d\u2019infants, el respecte i la valoraci\u00f3 de la diversitat de personalitats, el treball cooperatiu, el debat, l\u2019expressi\u00f3, l\u2019escola activa i la participaci\u00f3 individual i grupal. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s\u00a0crear un espai de treball \u00f2ptim, on es valori la diversitat dels membres del grup en tant que potencial per treballar en equip i aconseguir de manera conjunta els resultats desitjats.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el\u00a0segon i tercer trimestre, a partir de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d\u2019equips de recerca i investigadors de la UAB, s\u2019inicien petits projectes vinculats a l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les ci\u00e8ncies experimentals i a l\u2019\u00e0mbit art\u00edstic, human\u00edstic i social. Es fan dos projectes durant el segon trimestre i dos m\u00e9s el tercer; cada trimestre se\u2019n fa un de cada \u00e0mbit.<\/p>\n<p>De manera transversal es treballen, durant tot el curs, h\u00e0bits d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i planificaci\u00f3 de tasques, i es dona suport en la resoluci\u00f3 de dubtes en l\u2019aprenentatge, per tal que adquireixin eines i estrat\u00e8gies que afavoreixin l\u2019autonomia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Escoles<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019activitat es duu a terme a sis municipis del Vall\u00e8s Occidental: Barber\u00e0, Cerdanyola, Montcada i Reixac, Rub\u00ed, Sabadell i Terrassa. En total, el CROMA est\u00e0 present a 20 escoles i s\u2019atenen un total de 240 infants de prim\u00e0ria. La previsi\u00f3 \u00e9s que cada curs hi participin m\u00e9s de trenta estudiants universitaris\/es: 10 becaris\/es dinamitzadors, 1 becari\/a de suport i 20 estudiants voluntaris\/es.<\/p>\n<p>La visita a la UAB \u00e9s l\u2019activitat de cloenda del CROMA 2.0 que\u00a0<strong>ofereix la possibilitat de con\u00e8ixer el Campus a tots els infants participants al programa<\/strong>\u00a0de la m\u00e0 de l\u2019alumnat universitari referent.
