La Sara, experta en horts ecol\u00f2gics i biodiversitat, ens ha ofert una primera sessi\u00f3 te\u00f2rica. Ens ha explicat els principis generals per fer un bon hort ecol\u00f2gic. Avui ten\u00edem una tasca molt important: treballar la terra per poder plantar la setmana que ve. La Sara ens ha explicat que la terra del nostre hort \u00e9s l\u2019organisme viu m\u00e9s important i m\u00e9s complex de tots. \u00c9s la \u201cmare\u201d de tots els cultius que plantem i per tant cal con\u00e8ixer-la molt b\u00e9, dedicar-li temps i donar-li totes les atencions i cures necess\u00e0ries.
