Vam fer diverses curses d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 on vam corre molt per trobar les fites. Tamb\u00e9 vam aprofitar per iniciar-nos en alguns esports que es faran a l\u2019hora del pati.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019Octubre vam anar al Poliesportiu i all\u00e0 vam seguir aprofundint sobre els coneixements del curs anterior; aix\u00ed com el coneixement del sistema cardio-respiratori, saber identificar articulacions i m\u00fasculs del nostre cos. I aprendre sobre les Qualitats F\u00edsiques B\u00e0siques (Resist\u00e8ncia, For\u00e7a, Velocitat i Flexibilitat), quina tinc m\u00e9s desenvolupada?<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, hem treballat habilitats motrius de cursos anterior i incorporat de noves com \u00e9s saltar a corda de diferents maneres, entrar saltar i sortir quan dues persones donen a corda, fer la rondada, equilibris amb xanques\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Durant el trimestre han pogut aprendre i gaudir dels diferents jocs i activitats proposats a les estones d\u2019EF.
