{"id":5514,"date":"2021-12-20T18:17:14","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T17:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapacocandel\/?p=5514"},"modified":"2024-01-31T18:20:06","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T17:20:06","slug":"educacio-fisica-1r-trimestre-primer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapacocandel\/comunitat-de-mitjans\/educacio-fisica-1r-trimestre-primer\/","title":{"rendered":"Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica 1r Trimestre PRIMER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest trimestre hem treballat les diferents parts de la cara i hem comen\u00e7at a identificar la dreta i la esquerra del nostre cos aix\u00ed com diverses parts d\u2019aquest.<\/p>\n<p>Vam iniciar les classes al Setembre a l\u2019escola i a posteriori vam anar al Poliesportiu del Gornal.<\/p>\n<p>En el Poliesportiu fem un joc actiu d\u2019escalfament en gran grup i a continuaci\u00f3 solem treballar per estacions on treballem diferents habilitats motrius; com s\u00f3n els salts, i salts amb corda, els girs (tombarelles i croqueta), equilibris amb diferents parts del nostre cos, i diversos despla\u00e7aments.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem treballat la orientaci\u00f3 del nostre cos identificant el davant, darrera, dreta, esquerra, lluny, a prop, a sobre o a sota.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de les sessions intentem fer un joc calmat, massatges en gran grup o en parella, relaxaci\u00f3 amb respiracions o amb m\u00fasica, postures de ioga, etc. I aix\u00ed aconseguir baixar les pulsacions del nostre cor.<\/p>\n<p>Els nens i nenes s\u2019han adaptat molt b\u00e9 al nou espai i al funcionament de les sessions d\u2019EF, gaudeixen molt i aprenen mitjan\u00e7ant el joc.<\/p>\n<p>BoNes FeSTes!<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"ekHYefuv2g\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolapacocandel\/fotos-privat\/imatges-ef-1r\/\">Protegit: Imatges EF 1r<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
