L\u2019alumnat ha pogut explorar noves maneres de moure\u2019s, con\u00e8ixer millor el seu cos i entendre com respon segons la intensitat de l\u2019activitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada sessi\u00f3 s\u2019ha iniciat amb jocs d\u2019activaci\u00f3 que han ajudat a posar el cos en marxa, augmentar la motivaci\u00f3 i preparar-nos per a les activitats m\u00e9s exigents. Aquest moment inicial ha estat clau per generar un ambient din\u00e0mic i participatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels aspectes m\u00e9s interessants d\u2019aquest trimestre ha estat establir relacions entre la intensitat de l\u2019activitat i la resposta del sistema cardiorespiratori. L\u2019alumnat ha observat difer\u00e8ncies clares entre els moments d\u2019activaci\u00f3 \u2014amb el cor i la respiraci\u00f3 accelerats\u2014 i els moments de relaxaci\u00f3, on el cos recupera el seu ritme habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest proc\u00e9s ha perm\u00e8s comprendre millor com funciona el cos, qu\u00e8 necessita en cada moment i com cuidar-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La part final de les sessions s\u2019ha dedicat sempre a la tornada a la calma.
