{"id":3248,"date":"2020-04-03T18:05:12","date_gmt":"2020-04-03T16:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolanouclave\/?p=3248"},"modified":"2020-04-03T18:15:59","modified_gmt":"2020-04-03T16:15:59","slug":"confinament-i-tasques-escolars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolanouclave\/general\/confinament-i-tasques-escolars\/","title":{"rendered":"Confinament i tasques escolars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ens agradaria oferir-vos algunes indicacions per tal d\u2019ajudar als vostres fills\/filles en la seva rutina de treball a casa durant aquests dies, ja que no \u00e9s la mateixa que a l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p>Cal crear<strong> H\u00c0BITS I RUTINES<\/strong> en l\u2019\u00e0mbit familiar perqu\u00e8 puguin organitzar-se millor. Us aconsellem que feu un horari que reflecteixi les diferents activitats (acad\u00e8miques, de lleure, h\u00e0bits d\u2019autonomia i responsabilitats dom\u00e8stiques). En aquest sentit, pot ser \u00fatil establir un horari i rutines di\u00e0ries de manera visual (fent dibuixos en una cartolina o foli) en el cas dels m\u00e9s petits i per escrit per als m\u00e9s grans. Aquest horari els ajuda a organitzar-se i potencia l\u2019autonomia. Aix\u00ed saben qu\u00e8 han de fer sense que l\u2019adult els hagi de dir qu\u00e8 toca fer a cada moment.<\/p>\n<p>Cal crear un <strong>ENTORN DE TREBALL<\/strong> adequat perqu\u00e8 puguin estar molt atents a la feina. Hem de reduir al m\u00e0xim les possibles distraccions mentre realitzen les tasques escolars (per ex., sorolls, elements visuals i interrupcions). \u00c9s preferible treballar sempre en el mateix espai (per crear un h\u00e0bit) i tenir a l\u2019abast tots els materials que necessitaran durant l\u2019estudi. Cal que a la zona d\u2019estudi tinguin el material que puguin necessitar i estigui endre\u00e7ada. A la taula d\u2019estudi nom\u00e9s hi ha d\u2019haver el material per fer els deures i estudiar. En la mesura del possible, \u00e9s recomanable que la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 sigui natural i\/o tenir un punt de llum directe a la zona de treball.<br \/>\nEls alumnes que tenen tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils, cal que els deixin fora de l\u2019espai d\u2019estudi. Els \u00fanics aparells electr\u00f2nics que es recomana que estiguin connectats s\u00f3n els que es necessitin per realitzar les tasques escolars.<\/p>\n<p>Durant l\u2019estona de feina, la televisi\u00f3 ha d\u2019estar apagada. Per adquirir l\u2019h\u00e0bit de t reball durant l\u2019estada a casa, cal que l\u2019horari d\u2019estudi sigui molt semblant cada dia. En general, \u00e9s preferible fer les tasques al mat\u00ed, quan estan m\u00e9s atents i descansats. Cal evitar que es posin a fer deures o estudiar a \u00faltimes hores de la tarda perqu\u00e8 el cansament pot interferir-los la capacitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilitzar DIFERENTS T\u00c8CNIQUES i ESTRAT\u00c8GIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>. Fer un llistat de la feina que tenen, de tal manera que identifiquin la feina que \u00e9s urgent i els treballs que s\u2019han de lliurar en un termini determinat. Cal prioritzar les feines en qu\u00e8 el termini \u00e9s immediat o a curt termini. Paral\u00b7lelament, per\u00f2, dels treballs que tenen data de lliurament, cal fer-ne un \u00edndex i planificar quins apartats aniran fent cada dia.<br \/>\n. Comen\u00e7ar per aquelles tasques m\u00e9s complexes i que menys els agraden per afavorir els processos d\u2019atenci\u00f3 i motivaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n. Establir unitats de treball, aproximadament, d\u2019entre 30-45 minuts en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019edat. Posteriorment, farem un descans d\u2019uns 10 minuts i tornarem a establir una altra unitat de treball. Els infants amb dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge o d\u2019atenci\u00f3 poden requerir descansos m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents. Els podem fer propostes de descans que poden realitzar per assegurar-nos que no ocupen m\u00e9s que el temps preestablert (per ex., beure aigua, anar al lavabo, parlar amb els pares, mirar per la finestra, jugar amb el gos, el gat&#8230;). Cal que les activitats que realitzin en el descans no siguin tan engrescadores ni addictives com perqu\u00e8 els distreguin de la feina que han de continuar fent; per tant, cal evitar m\u00f2bils i pantalles.<br \/>\n.
