Aquest programa\u00a0va sorgir al 2012 amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019oferir a les escoles de Catalunya la possibilitat d\u2019impartir educaci\u00f3 financera b\u00e0sica als alumnes de 4t d\u2019ESO (\u00faltim curs d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria).<br \/>\nEFEC \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del projecte EFEP de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea, que es basava en una millor pr\u00e0ctica detectada a Esc\u00f2cia on professionals del sector financer impartien tallers a alumnes adolescents.<br \/>\nA EFEC els tallers s\u00f3n impartits per treballadors voluntaris vinculats a entitats financeres (professionals en exercici o jubilats), professionals vinculats a associacions del sector econ\u00f2mic financer i treballadors de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria de Catalunya; aix\u00ed com per professors de secund\u00e0ria. Els centres escolars que participen del programa s\u2019hi apunten de manera volunt\u00e0ria per tal que els seus alumnes rebin compet\u00e8ncies en finances personals.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest programa d\u2019alfabetitzaci\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3 financera s\u2019emmarca en les recomanacions d\u2019organismes internacionals tant rellevants com l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 per a la Cooperaci\u00f3 i el Desenvolupament Econ\u00f2mic (OCDE) i la Uni\u00f3 Europea (UE), i est\u00e0 supervisat pel Departament d\u2019Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Ambdues organitzacions han fet \u00e8mfasi en la necessitat de dotar a la ciutadania de compet\u00e8ncies per tal de gestionar els seus ingressos i despeses, que ajudin a evitar episodis de sobreendeutament i d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 financera.<\/p>\n<p>Els continguts d\u2019EFEC s\u2019han estructurat en sis tallers:<\/p>\n<p>-Administrant els teus diners: gesti\u00f3 del\u00a0pressupost personal i el fons d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n-Endeutar-se? amb seny!:\u00a0 consum responsable i com evitar el sobreendeutament.<br \/>\n-Inversi\u00f3 intel\u00b7ligent: entendre el binomi risc \/ rendibilitat.<br \/>\n-Finances Socialment Responsables.Els impostos i tu: per a qu\u00e8 serveixen els impostos i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies del frau.<br \/>\n-Finances per a la vida: objectius vitals i objectius financers.<br \/>\n-(In)forma\u2019t per decidir: el dret b\u00e0sic dels consumidors \u00e9s el dret a la informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un any m\u00e9s, alumnes de 4t d\u2019ESO de la\u00a0 nostra escola participen en el programa d\u2019EFEC (Educaci\u00f3 Financera a les Escoles de Catalunya).
