En l&#8217;actualitat digital, aquests dispositius formen part integral de la vida quotidiana, i el seu impacte en els infants i adolescents ha estat significatiu. Tot i que l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la tecnologia pot proporcionar nombrosos beneficis, tamb\u00e9 planteja reptes i preocupacions per a les fam\u00edlies, les persones educadores i els professionals de la salut. Segons dades de l\u2019Institut de la Inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019Adolesc\u00e8ncia, el 47,5% d\u2019infants d\u2019entre 10 i 11 anys de la ciutat de Barcelona tenen un tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil propi amb connexi\u00f3 a internet, i un 41% d\u2019aquests el fa servir sense l\u00edmits a casa. En aquest article explorarem tant els aspectes positius com les consideracions cr\u00edtiques entorn de l&#8217;\u00fas de tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils en la poblaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s jove.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En l\u2019actualitat, els dispositius m\u00f2bils proporcionen un acc\u00e9s instantani a la informaci\u00f3, el que pot potenciar el foment de l\u2019aprenentatge autodirigit, sobretot quan els continguts s\u00f3n els idonis per l\u2019edat i s\u2019utilitzen aplicacions educatives i plataformes en l\u00ednia que permetin millorar les habilitats acad\u00e8miques i creatives dels estudiants. \u00c9s evident que la tecnologia m\u00f2bil ha facilitat la comunicaci\u00f3 entre amics i familiars, fins i tot a llarga dist\u00e0ncia. Aquesta mena de relaci\u00f3 s\u2019estableix principalment a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials, que poden contribuir al desenvolupament de les habilitats socials, aix\u00ed com permetre als joves a accedir a not\u00edcies, recerques i recursos educatius de manera r\u00e0pida i convenient. L&#8217;\u00fas de dispositius m\u00f2bils, tant tel\u00e8fons com ordinadors port\u00e0tils com tauletes, permeten treballar les compet\u00e8ncies digitals essencials per al futur de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s innegable que el m\u00f3n digital ha transformat radicalment la manera de comunicar-nos, de treballar, de gaudir del temps d\u2019oci o de realitzar diferents gestions. En contrapartida, i molt especialment en el cas dels joves, la xarxa planteja desafiaments significatius en termes de salut mental, socialitzaci\u00f3 i rendiment acad\u00e8mic. Un dels principals problemes que s\u2019han detectat entre la poblaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s jove \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fas excessiu d\u2019aquesta mena de dispositius, ja que pot interferir amb el temps dedicat a les activitats f\u00edsiques, el son i les interaccions cara a cara. Aquesta \u00fas abusiu s&#8217;ha associat amb possibles riscos per a la salut mental, com l&#8217;ansietat i la depressi\u00f3, pel que cal estar alerta i definir sempre els l\u00edmits de pantalles, per equilibrar aix\u00ed les activitats f\u00edsiques i socials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Possiblement una de les grans preocupacions actuals de les fam\u00edlies \u00e9s l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 dels menors a continguts inadequats o perjudicials, pel que la supervisi\u00f3 i l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;\u00fas responsable s\u00f3n essencials i necess\u00e0ries. \u00c9s important educar els menors i donar a con\u00e8ixer tots els perills de la xarxa, ja que \u00e9s import\u00e0nt que aprenguin a accedir a llocs web segurs i evitar el contacte amb desconeguts, ja que s\u00f3n algunes de les preocupacions rellevants. Davant d\u2019aquesta problem\u00e0tica, tota la societat (fam\u00edlies, docents, professionals\u2026) ha de prendre consci\u00e8ncia que cal ensenyar pr\u00e0ctiques segures en l\u00ednia i fomentar la consci\u00e8ncia sobre el contingut que consumeixen els menors, aix\u00ed com generalitzar i normalitzar l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019eines de control parental per supervisar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i protegir els infants de contingut inadequat. \u00c9s imprescindible reflexionar sobre els models que oferim com a societat, intentant sempre esdevenir com models a seguir, mostrant un \u00fas equilibrat i responsable de la tecnologia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Darrerament s\u00f3n moltes les veus que mostrat el seu recel a l\u2019acc\u00e9s dels infants i adolescents a la tecnologia m\u00f2bil, argumentant com pot afectar la seva l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, la concentraci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament cognitiu. \u00c9s evident que un \u00fas incorrecte o abusiu nom\u00e9s comporta desavantatges, per\u00f2 calen m\u00e9s investigacions per entendre completament els efectes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En conclusi\u00f3, l&#8217;\u00fas de tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils en infants i adolescents ofereix beneficis educatius i socials, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 planteja reptes significatius.
