El llenguatge del cos est\u00e0 ple de \u201csignificat\u201d pels infants. La Dansa \u00e9s saber \u201cmirar\u201d. \u00c9s percepci\u00f3 i observaci\u00f3, improvisaci\u00f3, creaci\u00f3. Creiem fermament que l\u2019art ha d\u2019estar a l\u2019escola. La Dansa \u00e9s\u00a0<b><strong>l\u2019art del moviment<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0i el seu instrument \u00e9s el cos, amb el seu gest i el seu car\u00e0cter. La base \u00e9s la individualitat de cadasc\u00fa, amb l\u2019energia, el temps i l\u2019espai.<\/p>\n<p>La Dansa \u00e9s un llenguatge, sempre hi ha emissors i receptors. \u00c9s el llenguatge de les emocions i de les sensacions, de la percepci\u00f3 i la improvisaci\u00f3, el llenguatge de la intu\u00efci\u00f3 que s\u2019interrelaciona amb tots els altres llenguatges.\u00a0<b><strong>No podem deixar-lo de banda a l\u2019escola<\/strong><\/b>. Pretenem fer conscient a l&#8217;alumnat de la import\u00e0ncia de con\u00e8ixer el propi cos, de tenir-ne cura i de respectar-lo, sabent que aquesta\u00a0<b><strong>descoberta<\/strong><\/b> no s\u2019acaba mai, perqu\u00e8 les persones creixem i canviem constantment. La paraula b\u00e0sica \u00e9s moviment, la vida \u00e9s moviment i res el para sin\u00f3 la mort. (Joan Serra)<\/p>\n<p><b><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Objectius i abast en el Projecte Educatiu de Centre:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nLes sessions de Dansa es fan setmanalment, dins l\u2019horari lectiu, des de P3 fins a 6\u00e8. La dansa pertany als \u00e0mbits d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica i d&#8217;educaci\u00f3\u00a0f\u00edsica, tot i aix\u00ed considerem que \u00e9s un treball global on tamb\u00e9 interv\u00e9 l&#8217; educaci\u00f3 emocional i en valors, l&#8217;autoconeixement, el treball en equip i les relacions socials entre d&#8217;altres,i tot sota el paraigua de la mirada sist\u00e8mica que no jutja i \u00e9s inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Alguns dels objectius que considerem m\u00e9s rellevants s\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Desinhibir a nivell corporal i improvisar<\/strong><\/b>: Predisposar als alumnes al moviment voluntari i involuntari, ser capa\u00e7 de deixar-se anar amb seguretat i espontane\u00eftat.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Millorar la cohesi\u00f3 social<\/strong><\/b>: Barrejar grups i fer diferents tipus d\u2019agrupaments. Aprendre a adaptar-se a noves situacions i persones, i ser m\u00e9s flexibles.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Potenciar el contacte f\u00edsic i contacte visual<\/strong><\/b>. Perdre la vergonya a mirar, tocar,\u00a0<b><strong>expressar emocions<\/strong><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Respectar als altres<\/strong><\/b>, el seu moviment \u00e9s tan v\u00e0lid com el propi, ni millor ni pitjor, \u00e9s el de cadasc\u00fa. No jutjar ni jutjar-se, aprendre a fer cr\u00edtica constructiva.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Deixar de banda l\u2019individualisme<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0sentint que fem una cosa junts: com a individu que no est\u00e0 sol, com a\u00a0 parella, com a petit grup, com a gran grup, com a escola.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Transmetre un bagatge cultural<\/strong><\/b>, les tradicions catalanes, la dansa tradicional com a patrimoni. Formem part d\u2019una societat amb uns trets caracter\u00edstics.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Aprendre a relaxar-se i a saber aturar-se, a escoltar all\u00f2 que ens diu el cos.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><b><strong>I\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><b><strong>la pregunta \u00e9s\u2026\u00a0\u00a0 Per qu\u00e8 la dansa a\u00a0l\u2019escola?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 el llenguatge del cos \u00e9s universal.<\/li>\n<li>Per donar un espai i un temps en el qual els nens i nenes puguin compartir i expressar sensacions, emocions, escoltar el seu cos, ser creatius\/ves, expressar-se lliurement sense sentir-se jutjats\/des, relacionar-se a trav\u00e9s del moviment, del contacte, de la mirada, del gest.<\/li>\n<li>Per a prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 i la postura, de com respirem, com ens sentim, com ens movem\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Per a crear un espai on divertir-se, somriure, evadir-se de les petites o grans preocupacions que puguem tenir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><u>Organitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una sessi\u00f3 de Dansa:<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/b><br \/>\nHi ha set aspectes diferents que es treballen, n\u2019hi ha que es fan totes les sessions (escalfament i tornada a la calma) i els altres cinc que es van combinant.<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 de Dansa comen\u00e7a sempre amb un\u00a0<b><strong>escalfament<\/strong><\/b>.\u00a0Despr\u00e9s es fa la\u00a0<b><strong>part principal<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0on es van treballant diferents continguts i activitats:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dansa\u00a0<b><strong>tradicional catalana. Dansa organitzada.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><strong>T\u00e8cnica<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0de dansa tradicional catalana.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Fragments\/coreografies\/Dansa oberta<\/strong><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b><strong>Exercicis diversos<\/strong><\/b>: de llenguatge corporal (vocabulari amb gestualitats i moviment, direccions energ\u00e8tiques del moviment, di\u00e0legs: preguntes i respostes).
