Aquest trimestre hem iniciat l&#8217;handbol, un joc d&#8217;equip nou per la majoria de nosaltres. Cada sessi\u00f3 comencem fent una activitat d&#8217;escalfament amb jocs o activitats per practicar diferents habilitats com el bot, la passada o el llan\u00e7ament. Practiquem el bot i el llan\u00e7ament tant amb la part dominant com amb la no dominant. Comencem a jugar i aix\u00ed anem coneixent i interioritzant les normes i l&#8217;espai de joc. Aprenem a jugar en equip, a respectar-nos i a gaudir jugant.
