Es tracta d&#8217;una forma d&#8217;organitzar l&#8217;aula i les tasques que s&#8217;hi realitzen de manera que els objectius dels components de cada grup estan estretament vinculats, cadascun nom\u00e9s pot assolir els seus objectius si la resta aconsegueix assolir els seus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cooperaci\u00f3, el fet de treballar junts, la discussi\u00f3 en grup i el conflicte cognitiu que es produeix quan s&#8217;introdueixen punts de mira diferents, permeten a l&#8217;alumne aprendre coses noves, rectificar, consolidar o reformar aprenentatges assolits. El grup coopera per assolir un objectiu com\u00fa a partir d\u2019aportacions imprescindibles de cada un dels seus membre (divisi\u00f3 de tasques, estructuraci\u00f3, objectiu com\u00fa, participaci\u00f3 de tots els membres&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan un alumne interacciona amb un altre per a explicar all\u00f2 que ha apr\u00e8s, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de\u00a0desenvolupar habilitats comunicatives, es veu obligat a organitzar les seves idees, afina el seu\u00a0coneixement i \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de percebre les seves errades i buits. Aquests processos cognitius\u00a0afavoreixen sens dubte el seu aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Les 5 caracter\u00edstiques del treball cooperatiu<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Interdepend\u00e8ncia positiva<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de: objectius de grup, reconeixement grupal, divisi\u00f3 de recursos, rols complementaris<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Interaccions cara a cara<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assist\u00e8ncia, suport, encoratjament i refor\u00e7 entre els membres del grup (implica limitar el nombre de membres)<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Responsabilitat individual<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal evitar \u201cla difusi\u00f3 de responsabilitats\u201d. Per garantir una responsabilitat individual es pot fer:\u00a0avaluaci\u00f3 individual, tria aleat\u00f2ria del portaveu&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Habilitats socials<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal ensenyar a: comunicar-se de forma apropiada, resoldre conflictes de forma constructiva, participar, acceptar els altres&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Autoreflexi\u00f3 de grup<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal destinar un temps per reflexionar conjuntament sobre el proc\u00e9s de treball, en funci\u00f3 dels\u00a0objectius i les relacions de treball;
