De fet, regula la relaci\u00f3 entre ambd\u00f3s i aporta un major control sobre nosaltres mateixos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir dels 3 anys, els nens poden comen\u00e7ar a fer ioga, una pr\u00e0ctica que els pot donar pau, els pot ajudar a concentrar-se i a gestionar les seves emocions, tan necessari per aquests moments que estem vivint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><u>BENEFICIS DEL IOGA PER ELS NENS I NENES:<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La principal ra\u00f3 per la qual \u00e9s aconsellable que els nens, sobretot aquells que semblen m\u00e9s inquiets i nerviosos, practiquin ioga \u00e9s per tots aquests beneficis que presenten :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Control del cos. Els exercicis que es fan amb el ioga fomenten l\u2019augment de la flexibilitat, una millora de la coordinaci\u00f3 i un major desenvolupament del ritme. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 ajuden a tenir m\u00e9s for\u00e7a muscular. Tot aix\u00f2 fa que els nens, des de ben petits, aprenguin a controlar gran part dels factors que conformen el seu cos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Control i domini de la ment. El ioga ajuda a l\u2019autoconeixement i al control de les emocions en els nens. Els exercicis i les t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3 permeten millorar la gesti\u00f3 dels sentiments i de les emocions i, alhora, aprendre m\u00e9s sobre els l\u00edmits que tenim i on podem arribar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millora l\u2019autoestima. Els exercicis que es practiquen milloren les relacions socials i tamb\u00e9 ajuda a una major percepci\u00f3 de nosaltres mateixos, pel que acaba afavorint l\u2019autoestima del nen o de la nena.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019energia. El ioga canalitza l\u2019energia dels nens i nenes, fins i tot dels m\u00e9s nerviosos. Moltes mares i pares pensen que el ioga no \u00e9s adequat pels fills si aquests s\u00f3n massa inquiets, per\u00f2 \u00e9s just el contrari! Es treballa la relaxaci\u00f3 i millora la concentraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019h\u00e0bits saludables. Com la majoria d\u2019activitats i esports, si es comen\u00e7a des de ben petits, ens assegurem que els m\u00e9s petits siguin m\u00e9s actius i practiquin uns h\u00e0bits m\u00e9s saludables.
