{"id":18630,"date":"2022-05-03T09:20:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T07:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolamartamatabcn\/?p=18630"},"modified":"2022-05-03T09:20:08","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T07:20:08","slug":"reptes-saludables-6e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolamartamatabcn\/general\/reptes-saludables-6e\/","title":{"rendered":"Reptes saludables 6\u00e8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La classe de 6\u00e8 hem realitzat el programa de TOMANDO CONCIENCIA SCHOOLS.<\/p>\n<p>Durant tot el segon trimestre hem realitzat unes lli\u00e7ons i uns reptes, de forma online,\u00a0que tots ells tracten reptes saludables, com cuidar-nos, hidratar-nos, l\u2019\u00fas de les pantalles en infants, rentar-nos b\u00e9 les dents, practicar esport, utilitzar el transport p\u00fablic, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<p>Per a fer la cloenda del programa hem fet una sortida al CEM la Mar Bella, on ens hem trobat amb totes les escoles i grups que hi han participat.<\/p>\n<p>Complint totes les mesures de seguretat, hem realitzat 7 reptes en forma de joc motriu i hem repassat els continguts dels reptes.
