As you know, we are studying how can we help our river<\/strong>, the river Anoia. We go to Parc Fluvial<\/strong> a lot and we are quite familiar with the image of the river in Vilanova<\/strong> but we know that the river is different in all its parts. We know the river starts near Calaf<\/strong> and that it ends in river Llobregat <\/strong>but… can we recognise the river<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had different images<\/strong> and, in pairs<\/strong>, we had to decide<\/strong> if the images were river Anoia or not<\/strong>. We used a lot of strategies <\/strong>to get the correct answer: look at the animals<\/strong>, look at the plants around<\/strong>, look at the cities and towns<\/strong> around but it is not that easy! The best part is that it offered a great opportunity to talk in English<\/strong> and use structures<\/strong> like “I think it’s river Anoia”<\/em> or “I think it is not river Anoia”<\/em> to express our opinions<\/strong>.
