Now we are practising a lot with the 100 board, we noticed that there is an English game<\/strong> that is very similar to it: “snakes and ladders”<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n

We started playing the game<\/strong>, but it was very confusing<\/strong>… the order of the numbers was very different<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our number board started on the top <\/strong>with number 1<\/strong> and ended with 100 at the bottom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

To solve this problem, we decided to do our version<\/strong> of the game. We wrote<\/strong> all the numbers<\/strong> IN ORDER on the grid and drew <\/strong>as many snakes and ladders<\/strong> as we wanted. Doing this activity was very interesting and offered a great opportunity to practise<\/strong> a lot of numbers in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best part, though, was playing<\/strong>! We practised saying the numbers in English<\/strong> as well as expressions such as “MY TURN”<\/strong>, “ROLL THE DIE”<\/strong> or “I WIN”<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a board at home and play<\/strong>. The rules are very easy<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
