A trav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeos i molta conversa, hem pogut anar descobrint quins eren aquests nutrients imprescindibles per al nostre organisme i hem pogut con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s a fons qu\u00e8 ens aporten i de quins aliments en formen part. <em>Prote\u00efnes, Hidrats de carboni, Vitamines, Minerals, Greixos i Aigua<\/em> han estat protagonistes de les \u00faltimes sessions de projectes de comunitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Quina quantitat hem de menjar de cadascun d&#8217;aquests nutrients? Hem d&#8217;ingerir la mateixa quantitat?&#8221;<\/em>, ens hem preguntat, per\u00f2 la resposta tot i semblar f\u00e0cil, ens ha costat consensuar-la. La majoria creiem que n&#8217;hem de menjar de tot perqu\u00e8 tots els nutrients s\u00f3n importants i els necessita el nostre cos; tot i aix\u00f2, no estem segurs i segures. En aquest moment, ens presenten <strong>&#8220;El plat Harvard o plat saludable&#8221;<\/strong>. Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest plat ens representen les proporcions de cadasc\u00fa dels nutrients que hem de menjar en un \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La imatge \u00e9s bastant clara i de seguida observem que les vitamines i els minerals ocupen la meitat del plat, \u00e9s a dir, que el nostre plat hauria de tenir verdura i fruita fins a ocupar-ne la meitat. L&#8217;altra meitat del plat est\u00e0 dividida en dues parts iguals; en una trobem els hidrats de carboni i en l&#8217;altra les prote\u00efnes.
