Mentrestant, el dimecres passat la Cristina ens va portar una recepta de nom peculiar: leche frita. <em>&#8220;La llet es pot fregir?&#8221;<\/em>, va sorprendre&#8217;s alg\u00fa. Hem anat seguint pas a pas, amb atenci\u00f3 i calma, compartint els diferents moments amb prud\u00e8ncia vigilant amb els perills que ten\u00edem al voltant. Per\u00f2 cuinar tamb\u00e9 ens ensenya a tenir paci\u00e8ncia i, en aquesta recepta, hem hagut tenir-ne i molta. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aconseguir la barreja perfecta entre llet, farina i sucre, aromatitzada amb pells de c\u00edtrics, canyella i vainilla, hem hagut d&#8217;esperar que es refred\u00e9s per portar-la unes hores a la nevera de l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la tarda, recordem els passos seguits al mat\u00ed per saber continuar i ens tornem a rentar les mans;   higiene i paci\u00e8ncia, paci\u00e8ncia i higiene! Anem a buscar a la nevera la nostra safata i observem com la massa ha adquirit consist\u00e8ncia, ara \u00e9s m\u00e9s s\u00f2lida! La tallem en trossets i preparem la resta dels ingredients per passar a l&#8217;arrebossat. Coincidim tots i totes amb qu\u00e8 ens ha sorpr\u00e8s el sabor, a la gran majoria ens ha encantat i volem repetir! Deixem alguns trossets per deixar provar als mestres de l&#8217;escola i passem repartint-los, ens feliciten per la feina, ja som una mica m\u00e9s experts i quasi quasi&#8230; uns grans XEFS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuinar sempre \u00e9s una bona oportunitat per posar-nos a prova; mostrar-nos atents i prudents alhora de col\u00b7laboratius i generosos amb la resta de companys, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 valents a l&#8217;hora de provar noves textures i sabors.
