L&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, doncs, no \u00e9s un acte, sin\u00f3 un h\u00e0bit.<\/em><br><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El grup dels Reguladors hem aprofitat l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia al Liceu, on vam gaudir de l\u2019\u00f2pera La cuina de Rossini, per endinsar-nos en un tema fonamental: els h\u00e0bits saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la hist\u00f2ria d\u2019en Ross i la Isabella, hem apr\u00e8s sobre l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i altres costums que ens ajuden a cuidar el nostre cos i la nostra ment. I \u00e9s justament ara quan podem fer petits canvis per assegurar-nos una bona salut, tant f\u00edsica com emocional i social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nostre proper pas \u00e9s analitzar quins h\u00e0bits ja tenim consolidats i treballar per incorporar-ne de nous.
