Ara fem <strong>EDUCACI\u00d3 F\u00cdSICA<\/strong> (una mica dif\u00edcil de dir!).<\/p>\n<p>El canvi m\u00e9s simportant que hem notat \u00e9s que en acabar les sessions sempre fem l&#8217;h\u00e0bit d&#8217;higiene &#8220;Nets i Polits&#8221; i ens canviem la samarreta i els mitjons tot netejant-nos amb sab\u00f3. \u00c9s important prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la necessitat dels h\u00e0bits higi\u00e8nics despr\u00e9s de &#8220;cansar-nos i suar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que aix\u00f2.
