Com que al camp d&#8217;aprenentatge tocarem el tema de forn i de les farines, hem volgut fer un tastet a l&#8217;escola. Hem descobert que \u00e9s el llevat i per a qu\u00e8 serveix, per\u00f2 sobretot, hem fet \u00fas de la nostra <strong>part m\u00e9s cient\u00edfica<\/strong> per descobrir, manipular i experimentar aquest material. Hem hagut de pensar els elements necessaris, hem seq\u00fcenciat els passos a seguir, hem fet <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hip\u00f2tesis<\/span> del que passar\u00e0, hem mesurat i ho hem <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">comparat amb<\/span> els nostres resultats.
