Els hi estem fent veure la import\u00e0ncia de respirar b\u00e9 a l\u2019hora de c\u00f3rrer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estem fent moltes activitats on treballem la qualitat f\u00edsica b\u00e0sica de la <\/span><b>resist\u00e8ncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aquestes han sigut: 3 voltes a la pista, cursa de relleus, el joc de la cadena, el joc de l\u2019aranya\u2026 i moltes activitats m\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tampoc ens podem oblidar que cada setmana tres alumnes de la classe fan l\u2019escalfament corporal del grup. Per tal d\u2019avisar al nostre cos que anem a fer activitat f\u00edsica. Dir que aquests alumnes s\u00f3n els encarregats de portar el material i tamb\u00e9 a desinfectar-lo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La veritat que estan fent aquesta responsabilitat molt b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, als \u00faltims minuts de la sessi\u00f3 sempre fem alguna activitat per relaxar el cos.
