Ens han explicat conceptes molt importants com que s\u00f3n les DOP, on es produeix, com es produeix i el valor tan gran que tenen el patrimoni, el paisatge i la feina dels pagesos. Tamb\u00e9 ens han fet un tast organol\u00e8ptic de dues categories d&#8217;olis i hem analitzat els sabors\u00a0 i les seves propietats (fruitat, amarg, picant, dol\u00e7) i els hem comparat amb aliments com el tom\u00e0quet, la poma, la carxofa i el pl\u00e0tan. Despr\u00e9s hem investigat els aromes. \u00c9s un taller que s&#8217;emmarca dins del nostre projecte del curs &#8220;Alimentaci\u00f3 i vida saludable&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a
