L&#8217;hem anomenat<strong> el cam\u00ed<\/strong> i \u00e9s ideal per treballar totes aquelles emocions que formen part de la <strong>ira\u00a0<\/strong>com: la c\u00f2lera, l&#8217;odi, la frustraci\u00f3, certs tipus de nerviosisme, agressivitat, irritaci\u00f3, la ranc\u00fania, l&#8217;antipatia, la venjan\u00e7a, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu principal d\u2019aquest recurs, a part d\u2019ajudar-los a posar consci\u00e8ncia de les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions i saber com regular-les, \u00e9s poder facilitar-los un cam\u00ed cap a la seva pr\u00f2pia autonomia emocional, aspecte essencial pel seu desenvolupament personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;aula ens est\u00e0 fent molt servei!<\/p>\n<p>Si us interessa utilitzar-la a casa, nom\u00e9s heu de llegir la seg\u00fcent informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>QUAN UTILITZAR-LA?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En qualsevol moment del dia que, la persona en q\u00fcesti\u00f3, pugui sentir una emoci\u00f3 de r\u00e0bia intensa (o una de les emocions que se\u2019n deriven).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>COM UTILITZAR-LA?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal seguir els passos descrits en la imatge, anant de parada en parada (o de sem\u00e0for en sem\u00e0for):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PARO I RESPIRO<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SENT \/ PENSA (construeixo el discurs intern)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMUNICA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes tres parades, anirem fent passos que ens portin fins a la calma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi haur\u00e0 moments que ens ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil d\u2019aconseguir i d\u2019altres en qu\u00e8, a part de comunicar com ens sentim, potser haurem d\u2019aplicar tamb\u00e9 algun recurs complementari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El m\u00e9s important per\u00f2 \u00e9s ser benevolents amb nosaltres si algun dia la cosa no surt b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8, tot i que es pot aprendre en entorns sota pressi\u00f3, millor si ho fem amb la motivaci\u00f3 d\u2019obtenir el nostre propi benefici i el de qui ens envolta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>CONSELLS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molt important que el primer pas es pugui realitzar en un espai on la persona pugui estar sola sense la pressi\u00f3 d\u2019alg\u00fa que l\u2019atabali a preguntes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al principi, a l\u2019hora d\u2019utilitzar el que s\u2019anomena com <\/span><b><i>ajuda pel cervell<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fam\u00edlies i nens\/es podeu construir junts el di\u00e0leg que segueix aquest patr\u00f3:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Em sento&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Quan fas&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>M&#8217;agradaria que&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jo assumeixo que<\/strong>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important que podeu tenir aquest recurs en diferents llocs de la vostra llar: l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 dels vostres fill\/es, sala d\u2019estar, cuina, etc;
