Per aix\u00f2 els i les alumnes de P5 duen a terme<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> unes activitats que fan de lligam entre la fam\u00edlia i l\u2019escola, l\u2019objectiu de les quals \u00e9s treballar l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 oral, el llenguatge escrit, les emocions, l\u2019escolta, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les activitats s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Els Petits Exploradors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0lligat amb el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projecte Palam\u00f3s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que es fa a P5. Els infants\u00a0 presenten (amb escrits i\/o fotografies) un espai de Palam\u00f3s que han descobert o\u00a0 els hi ha\u00a0 agradat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>La bosseta del conte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la fam\u00edlia acompanya a l&#8217;infant a la biblioteca municipal a buscar un conte que treballa a casa i despr\u00e9s el comparteix a l\u2019aula amb els companys.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>La Caixa Sorpresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">els infants porten un objecte de casa dins una caixa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sense que ning\u00fa el vegi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
