{"id":3008,"date":"2017-08-03T09:47:35","date_gmt":"2017-08-03T07:47:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolalacustaria\/?page_id=3008"},"modified":"2019-02-18T11:34:11","modified_gmt":"2019-02-18T10:34:11","slug":"comite-de-convivencia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolalacustaria\/projectes\/comite-de-convivencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Comit\u00e8 de conviv\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Comit\u00e8 de Conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> neix arrel de la necessitat de treballar per la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia i del clima escolar.<br \/>\nA l\u2019escola Lacust\u00e0ria hi ha tradici\u00f3 de contemplar la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes entre iguals seguint uns acords d\u2019escola.<br \/>\nPer oferir una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia i perqu\u00e8 els nens\/es se sentin m\u00e9s identificats i representats s&#8217;arriba a crear el Comit\u00e8 de Conviv\u00e8ncia el setembre de 2015.<br \/>\nAprendre a conviure conjuntament comporta la construcci\u00f3 de la pr\u00f2pia identitat, saber relacionar-se amb altres persones i sentir-se part d\u2019una comunitat.<br \/>\nAquests tres eixos s\u00f3n el fonament amb qu\u00e8 treballem des del Comit\u00e8.<br \/>\nAquest est\u00e0 composat per un\/a representant de cada aula de Prim\u00e0ria i la mestra responsable. Les reunions s\u00f3n mensuals i es realitzen dins l\u2019horari escolar a l\u2019aula polivalent.<br \/>\nA l\u2019inici del curs 2015-2016, despr\u00e9s de reflectir-ho en la Mem\u00f2ria del curs anterior, a la tutoria de grup de cada aula de prim\u00e0ria s\u2019exposen els objectius de la creaci\u00f3 del Comit\u00e8. Despr\u00e9s d\u2019analitzar la funci\u00f3 que han de tenir els representants, cada grup classe escull per votaci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica el propi representant.<br \/>\nCada representant, a la sessi\u00f3 de tutoria grupal, s\u2019encarrega de recollir les necessitats de millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia que proposa el seu grup. Les propostes es plantegen a les reunions mensuals del Comit\u00e8, on s\u00f3n analitzades i debatudes. Cada representant porta les decisions i acords que se n\u2019extreuen, a cada grup classe. Es pren el comprom\u00eds grupal de portar a terme les recomanacions que hagi fet el Comit\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius<\/strong> que es treballen en el Comit\u00e8 i que es transmeten a les aules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equitat educativa i respecte a la diversitat.<\/li>\n<li>Compet\u00e8ncia personal per aprendre a pensar, a gestionar les emocions i a assumir valors.<\/li>\n<li>Compet\u00e8ncia en comunicaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica adequada a diferents contextos.<\/li>\n<li>Mediaci\u00f3 com a eina b\u00e0sica en la gesti\u00f3 dels conflictes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajut als alumnes a relacionar-se entre ells mateixos i amb els altres.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7 per aconseguir una cultura de pau i no viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els objectius es treballen des de diferents aspectes (segons edat, caracter\u00edstiques&#8230;) amb la finalitat de fer-los arribar a la totalitat de nens i nenes de l\u2019escola.<br \/>\nEls representants del Comit\u00e8 tenen l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019explicar les relacions que es viuen en el seu grup tant a l\u2019aula com als espais comuns.<br \/>\nEs facilita la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 de qualsevol problema intern i es posen els mitjans adequats per ajudar a canalitzar-lo.<br \/>\nEs treballa en la prevenci\u00f3 del \u201cbullying\u201d i la seva detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7.<br \/>\n\u00c9s un espai democr\u00e0tic on es cerquen maneres per millorar i garantir una bona conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com ho fem?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1r<\/strong> Entenent que cada alumne \u00e9s el portaveu del seu grup i responsable de col\u00b7laborar activament en la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n<strong>2n<\/strong> Escollint un lema que identifiqui el que es vol aconseguir, compartint-lo amb els companys d\u2019aula, enunciant-lo en cartells referents a les aules i revisant el seu compliment.<br \/>\n<strong>3r<\/strong> Aprofundint en el treball per a la capacitaci\u00f3 en el pensament cr\u00edtic i en la presa de decisions per part dels alumnes, tenint present la coeducaci\u00f3 i la democr\u00e0cia.<br \/>\n<strong>4t<\/strong> Prioritzant, d\u2019acord amb les necessitats detectades, els aspectes a tractar i resoldre per aconseguir la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia i el clima escolar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Comit\u00e8 de Conviv\u00e8ncia neix arrel de la necessitat de treballar per la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia i del clima escolar.
