Quan parlem de mesures ens referim a accions i actuacions i quan parlem de suports fem refer\u00e8ncia a recursos personals, metodol\u00f2gics i materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entenem que el centre s\u2019ha d\u2019organitzar les mesures i els suports per donar resposta a les necessitats educatives de cadascun dels alumnes (organitzatives, metodol\u00f2giques, curriculars&#8230;) que permeten reduir i\/o suprimir les barreres a l\u2019aprenentatge i la participaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nostre centre avan\u00e7a i treballa en el model d\u2019escola per a tothom, comptant sempre amb la implicaci\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds per part de tots els agents del centre (alumnes, equip docent, equip no docent i fam\u00edlies) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els recursos personals del centre per atendre les necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques de suport dels alumnes s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mestres tutors<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mestres especialistes (angl\u00e8s, m\u00fasica, educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica&#8230;)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mestre especialista en educaci\u00f3 especial (3 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mestres i mitja <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per tota l\u2019escola).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019educadora <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">educaci\u00f3 especial<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perfils <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">espec\u00edfics estructurals d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat (almenys un <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per cada comunitat).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u00e8cnica d\u00b4educaci\u00f3 infantil (TEI)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vetlladores<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les modalitats d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 dels especialistes en educaci\u00f3 especial priorit\u00e0riament son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suport <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">als mestres a l&#8217;aula ordin\u00e0ria (tutors i especialistes) fent <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">atenci\u00f3 individual o en grup redu\u00eft (de m\u00e0xim 3 alumnes) per tal <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de poder adaptar els continguts i presentar-los de manera entenedora <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per a l\u2019alumnat.
