Aquest dimarts dia 26 a les 16:45h, es va realitzar a la biblioteca de l\u2019escola la xerrada \u201cAlimentaci\u00f3 saludable a l\u2019escola i a casa\u201d a c\u00e0rrec del nutricionista-dietista de 7itria, Marc Caballero.<\/p>\n

En Marc va donar als assistents eines clares i entenedores per fer l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels seus fills i de tota la fam\u00edlia m\u00e9s saludable, de proximitat i de temporada. <\/span><\/p>\n

Va referenciar v\u00e0ries vegades la guia d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable editada per la Generalitat de Catalunya \u201cL\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable en l\u2019etapa escolar\u201d que podeu trobar en el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7 <\/span>http:\/\/salutweb.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/_ambits-actuacio\/Per-perfils\/Centres-educatius\/menus-escolars\/document-consens-alimentacio-centres-educatius\/guialimentacio.pdf<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Al final de la sessi\u00f3 i per grups, es van fer propostes de men\u00fas saludables en funci\u00f3 de les directrius saludables que va proposar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Agra\u00efm a en Marc, a 7itria i a tots els assistents la seva col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n
