The changes that Industry 4.0 brings with it also determine the skills that individuals should have in the 21st century society. The predictions for the world of the rapidly evolving and changing future cause an increase in the studies for 21st century skills that should be present in individuals. The most noteworthy of the studies carried out for these qualifications are the reports prepared by The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) in 2007 and 2016. In these reports, \u201ccomputational thinking\u201d and \u201cprogramming skills\u201d are among the 21st century skills that individuals should have. Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, information and technology literacy, adaptability, global development goals and financial literacy are defined as basic 21st century skills. These skills, which do not have a fixed content, vary according to the conditions of the day. Coding and ability to use educational robotics, which are seen as part of logical reasoning and is already called a new 21yy skill, is one of these skills. Today, it can be said that coding and robotic tools have become a key competence for students and people who are working in many different fields in the business world. The aim of our project are to explain that the surrounding waste is recyclable, to provide a more informed use of limited resources and to learn about renewable energy sources by designing for our future and to raise awareness among our students about climate change, which is one of the biggest problems of today, by embodying the issue of renewable energy sources that require metacognitive skills with robotics and coding studies. Developing digital skills among EU 2014-2020 Commission decisions is seen as a prerequisite for digital transformation in the world, in other words, economic growth, increasing the welfare level of citizens and realizing the digital economy strategy. Our project team, who are starting with the idea of preparing an eTwinning project, contacted other countries in need by contacting other EU country schools through the E-twinning and School Education Gateway platforms through the project partner search sections. It was decided to prepare the project with one for each country a school from Belgium, Italy, Spain and two schools from Turkey.
