{"id":6079,"date":"2021-09-10T14:51:17","date_gmt":"2021-09-10T12:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaforndanells\/?p=6079"},"modified":"2021-10-26T12:57:15","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T10:57:15","slug":"pla-dactuacio-2021-2022-en-el-marc-de-la-pandemia-per-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaforndanells\/general\/i3\/pla-dactuacio-2021-2022-en-el-marc-de-la-pandemia-per-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"PLA D&#8217;ACTUACI\u00d3 2021-2022 EN EL MARC DE LA PAND\u00c8MIA PER COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;afrontament de la pand\u00e8mia per la covid-19 va implicar, en la majoria dels pa\u00efsos, l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de mesures que van cercar contenir la transmissi\u00f3 del virus a trav\u00e9s de la reducci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica de les interaccions socials, entre les quals, en un primer moment, el tancament de les escoles. En aquell moment es desconeixia l&#8217;impacte de la malaltia en infants i adolescents i la seva influ\u00e8ncia en la cadena de transmissi\u00f3, i es pensava que podien tenir un paper important en aquesta transmissi\u00f3 com passa, per exemple, amb la transmissi\u00f3 de la grip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;obertura de les escoles, un cop passada la primera onada, va ser alhora una necessitat i un repte. El confinament perllongat i la mateixa pand\u00e8mia han tingut diversos efectes sobre la salut dels infants i adolescents, tant f\u00edsicament com emocionalment. Aquests efectes han estat m\u00e9s elevats en aquells alumnes de nivell socioecon\u00f2mic m\u00e9s desafavorit o en aquells que tenen alguna dificultat d&#8217;aprenentatge, aix\u00ed com en aquells que han patit la malaltia greu en alguns dels seus familiars o coneguts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com ha exposat la UNICEF, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una part essencial de la recuperaci\u00f3 en una crisi: aporta normalitat, un sentit de la rutina, coneixements i habilitats necess\u00e0ries per al desenvolupament, protecci\u00f3 en casos d&#8217;especial vulnerabilitat social i econ\u00f2mica, i serveix de pont per salvar les diferents bretxes socials, econ\u00f2miques i educatives a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;enfronta part de la poblaci\u00f3. Per aquest motiu, s&#8217;han mantingut i cal mantenir els centres educatius oberts i garantir, tant com sigui possible, la presencialitat de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El curs 2020-2021 es va organitzar per tal de garantir el dret a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i la protecci\u00f3 dels infants i adolescents amb la m\u00e0xima normalitat possible. El marc \u00e9s un sistema educatiu inclusiu, que t\u00e9 la finalitat d&#8217;afavorir el desenvolupament personal i social de tot l&#8217;alumnat, mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;activitat educativa adre\u00e7ada a atendre la diversitat i l&#8217;assoliment d&#8217;una igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats i d&#8217;accessibilitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La continu\u00eftat de la situaci\u00f3 de crisi sanit\u00e0ria ha fet necess\u00e0ria l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 continuada d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de mesures que canvien de manera notable el funcionament de la societat i tamb\u00e9 del sistema educatiu. Responsables, fam\u00edlies, persones educadores i la resta del personal de les escoles s&#8217;han involucrat i s&#8217;han comprom\u00e8s per garantir els dos grans pilars per fer front a la pand\u00e8mia: les mesures de protecci\u00f3 i la tra\u00e7abilitat. El sistema de salut s&#8217;ha bolcat en el diagn\u00f2stic preco\u00e7 de la malaltia i l&#8217;\u00e0gil estudi dels contactes estrets, aplicant totes les mesures epidemiol\u00f2giques que han estat necess\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;obertura d&#8217;escoles s&#8217;ha fet tenint en compte les dades d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncia de la malaltia i sempre d&#8217;acord amb les activitats permeses segons la situaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria de la pand\u00e8mia i la normativa existent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les fam\u00edlies i l&#8217;alumnat han rebut informaci\u00f3 de les mesures adoptades a l&#8217;escola en relaci\u00f3 amb la prevenci\u00f3 i control de la covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inesperada expansi\u00f3 del SARS-CoV-2 arreu del m\u00f3n i les enormes conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que deixa al seu pas obren un nou escenari on s&#8217;acumulen els aprenentatges i les incerteses. S&#8217;ha apr\u00e8s el comportament d&#8217;aquest virus setmana a setmana i ha calgut posar en pr\u00e0ctica mesures que, fins fa un temps, ni tan sols s&#8217;haurien imaginat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb la cinquena onada hem tingut un nou repte, que ha estat la variant delta del SARS-CoV-2, molt m\u00e9s contagiosa, de manera que ha donat lloc a una disseminaci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i important de casos.
