TRETS D\u2019IDENTITAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una escola p\u00fablica de dues l\u00ednies\u00a0d&#8217;educaci\u00f3\u00a0infantil\u00a0i prim\u00e0ria, amb un projecte educatiu innovador fruit de la seva traject\u00f2ria com a centre experimental des del 1971.<br \/>\nSituada en un entorn privilegiat, compta amb una Escola de Natura. Treballa per educar els infants com a persones lliures amb compet\u00e8ncies per viure i conviure al m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El seu projecte educatiu desenvolupa els seg\u00fcents trets d&#8217;identitats:<br \/>\n&#8211; Centre Acollidor<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola que at\u00e9n la diversitat de l&#8217;alumnat.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola oberta a la tecnologia de la informaci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola oberta a l\u2019entorn.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola on es contempla l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com a proc\u00e9s integral de l\u2019alumne\/a.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola participativa i plural.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola sana i saludable.<br \/>\n&#8211; Escola que forma persones treballadores i responsables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. PILARS PEDAG\u00d2GICS \/ BASES DEL MODEL EDUCATIU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una escola democr\u00e0tica, catalana, aconfessional i coeducativa.<\/p>\n<p>Una escola amb voluntat no nom\u00e9s instruir sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 d\u2019educar.<\/p>\n<p>Educar, requereix una actuaci\u00f3 global conjunta de la comunitat educativa formada per persones i entitats intencionalment formatives: professorat, fam\u00edlia, institucions i associaci\u00f3 de mares i pares d\u2019alumnes (AFA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a03 &#8211; OBJECTIUS EDUCATIUS PRIORITARIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incloure en el desenvolupament del curr\u00edculum una especial atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019estudi de l\u2019entorn natural per potenciar\u00a0<strong>l\u2019ESCOLA DE NATURA\u00a0<\/strong>i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 ambiental.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, segons les seves possibilitats, en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament de l\u2019aula i l\u2019escola, a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e0leg i del propi esfor\u00e7 personal.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la cohesi\u00f3 social assegurant una \u00a0bona acollida per a totes les persones que arriben a l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar el treball cooperatiu, l\u2019aprenentatge servei i el treball per projectes.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicar noves metodologies i nous recursos, audiovisuals i inform\u00e0tics de suport al curr\u00edculum escolar i a la biblioteca de l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li>Incloure en el desenvolupament del curr\u00edculum una especial atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat dels alumnes, per desenvolupar les seves capacitats i compet\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar el coneixement de les lleng\u00fces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>4 &#8211; CRITERIS D\u2019ORGANITZACI\u00d3 PEDAG\u00d2GICA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acci\u00f3 tutorial amb seguiment individual de l&#8217;alumnat per part dels mestres i a les entrevistes amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>Metodologia d&#8217;agrupaments flexibles d&#8217;alumnes en les \u00e0rees instrumentals de llengua i matem\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Desdoblaments, tallers i\/o racons per desenvolupar al m\u00e0xim\u00a0les capacitats i compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de tots els nens i nenes,\u00a0aprofitant\u00a0materials curriculars i impulsant el treball per projectes.<\/p>\n<p>Ampliaci\u00f3 setmanal de dues hores i mitja lectives a prim\u00e0ria. El suport escolar personalitzat (SEP) queda incl\u00f2s en l&#8217;horari lectiu dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-\u00a0 PROJECTES I ACTIVITATS DESTACADES DEL CENTRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ESCOLA DE NATURA<\/strong>\u00a0en el propi espai natural de l\u2019escola. Formem part de les Escoles+Sostenibles de BCN i de les Escoles Verdes. Primera escola de la ciutat amb plaques solars fotovoltaiques.<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 a la<strong>\u00a0Xarxa de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0sique<\/strong>s del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament per reflexionar sobre la gesti\u00f3 i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 del curr\u00edculum per compet\u00e8ncies en vistes a la millora de resultats de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Programa d\u2019<strong>Eines per al canvi\u00a0<\/strong>del Consorci d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 de BCN, per desenvolupar l\u2019aprenentatge servei.<\/li>\n<li>Agrupaments flexibles d\u2019alumnes, desdoblaments, racons i tallers.<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3 al\u00a0<strong>Pla de Lleng\u00fces Estrangeres.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Socialitzaci\u00f3 de llibres i materials.<\/li>\n<li>Piscina per a I4, I5 i 1r.<\/li>\n<li>Sortides i col\u00f2nies de I3 a 6\u00e8.<\/li>\n<li>Patis oberts al barri.<\/li>\n<li>Biblioteca oberta a les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Cam\u00ed escolar, espai amic.<\/li>\n<li>Activitats extraescolars, servei d&#8217;acollida mat\u00ed i tarda i casal durant les vacances escolars a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;AFA.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6 &#8211;\u00a0 \u00c0MBITS DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3 I COL<\/strong><strong>\u00b7LABORACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equip de mestres i personal no docent.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb el servei de menjador.<\/li>\n<li>Assemblea d\u2019alumnes a cada classe.<\/li>\n<li>Assemblea peri\u00f2dica de delegats i delegades d\u2019alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Assemblea de delegats i delegades de les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Comissions del consell escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Grups de treball de l\u2019AMPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a07 &#8211; OBSERVACIONS INTERNES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>L\u2019\u00fanic centre p\u00fablic de la ciutat amb ampliaci\u00f3 de\u00a0 2\u00a0 \u00bd\u00a0 hores lectives\u00a0 setmanals per\u00a0 a\u00a0 prim\u00e0ria sense cost econ\u00f2mic per a les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>Continu\u00eftat i coordinaci\u00f3 educativa des de la Xarxa 0\/18 dels centres p\u00fablics d&#8217;Horta-Guinard\u00f3:<br \/>\n&#8211; Itinerari de secund\u00e0ria als instituts adscrits: F. de Goya, M.
