L\u2019activitat tenia com a objectiu ajudar-nos a recon\u00e8ixer, expressar i gestionar millor les emocions d\u2019una manera positiva i respectuosa.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el taller, vam fer <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"524\">jocs, din\u00e0miques i petites representacions<\/strong> que ens van permetre explorar emocions com l\u2019alegria, la tristesa, la por o la r\u00e0bia. A m\u00e9s, vam aprendre <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"659\">nou vocabulari en angl\u00e8s<\/strong> relacionat amb els sentiments i vam practicar com expressar-los en diferents situacions quotidianes.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser una experi\u00e8ncia <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"819\">molt enriquidora i divertida<\/strong> que ens va ajudar a con\u00e8ixer-nos millor, a refor\u00e7ar la cohesi\u00f3 de grup i a continuar millorant el nostre angl\u00e8s d\u2019una manera natural i vivencial.<\/p>\n<p>A sis\u00e8 hem apr\u00e8s que entendre i compartir com ens sentim \u00e9s una part molt important del nostre creixement personal i del dia a dia a l\u2019escola!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els alumnes de sis\u00e8 hem participat recentment en un taller d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional realitzat \u00edntegrament en angl\u00e8s.
