What\u2019s your favourite breakfast?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Last week, the first and second graders studied and learned what their favourite breakfast was.<\/p>\n

How we did?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Through didactic proposals where they are the protagonist of their learning based on the communicative approach<\/i><\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Through play<\/i><\/b> and movement <\/b>with music.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    First of all, we give them a brief introduction to the different meals of the day with the aim of getting one of them to say the word \u201cbreakfast\u201d.
    \n<\/b><\/p>\n

    Once the word was identified, we started to explain the dynamics of the learning process. The aim, to learn the next question:<\/p>\n

    What\u2019s your favourite breakfast?\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    My favourite breakfast is\u2026.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    Firstly, on the board.<\/p>\n

    Secondly, work in pairs to introduce question and answer in our daily English conversation practice:
    \n<\/b><\/p>\n

    Thirdly, we finished the class by dancing. When the music stops the teacher says two names and they ask each other the question they have learnt. <\/b><\/p>\n

    By learning this type of question, we hope that our children will be able to learn the questions we introduce each week in order to be able to hold a conversation in English and to be able to transfer the knowledge they learn at school to real life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
