Un dels objectius d\u2019aquest programa \u00e9s fer xarxa amb tots els centres que formen part del mateix per tal de poder enriquir-nos m\u00fatuament tot compartint reflexions i experi\u00e8ncies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat 21 de setembre es va realitzar la Jornada de benvinguda del Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa d\u2019enguany, en el que ens demanaven unes primeres reflexions per part de tot el claustre i que han de servir com a punt de partida per a la transformaci\u00f3. Aquestes reflexions seran compartides amb tots els centres que formen part del Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per cicles, vam destinar una sessi\u00f3 a debatre i a reflexionar sobre les preguntes plantejades des del Laboratori i de les quals exposem el buidatge que vam fer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; background-color: #ff99cc;\">Com podem millorar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic al centre?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creant espais de debat i reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica on tothom pugui aportar idees i propostes i fer autocr\u00edtica i cr\u00edtiques constructives en un bon clima de treball.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des d\u2019un lideratge distribu\u00eft on s\u2019empoderi l\u2019equip docent a trav\u00e9s dels cicles, coordinacions i grups impulsors on es consensuin els acords i es vetlli per a que es duguin a terme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; background-color: #ff99cc;\">Com estem col.laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fent formaci\u00f3 en centre per poder partir dels mateixos significats i aix\u00ed anar construint i consolidant una l\u00ednia d\u2019escola.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartint en claustre les formacions que es van realitzant en els diferents programes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 i que alhora serveixi com a punt de debat per a la possible presa de decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzant observacions entre iguals (entre l\u2019equip docent) per compartir i aprendre amb l\u2019\u00fas de diferents pr\u00e0ctiques educatives i col\u00b7laborant en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de nou material did\u00e0ctic.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; background-color: #ff99cc;\">Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estant oberts a la comunitat educativa en general i recollir les percepcions, idees, inquietuds, propostes\u2026 utilitzant diferents eines d\u2019indagaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Col\u00b7laborant amb altres entitats (Projecte rius, Projecte boscos,&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitant altres escoles per con\u00e8ixer diferents metodologies de treball i organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; background-color: #ff99cc;\">Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fent m\u00e9s part\u00edcips a les fam\u00edlies en la vida del centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potenciant m\u00e9s el treball cooperatiu i col\u00b7laboratiu entre l\u2019equip docent i l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planificant molt b\u00e9 els canvis que volem implementar per tal que sigui un canvi sostenible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des del curs passat la nostra escola forma part del programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa, tamb\u00e9 anomenat PACTE.
