El proc\u00e9s electoral s\u2019efectuar\u00e0 per renovar la meitat dels membres de cadascun del sectors que formen els consells escolars.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Consell Escolar?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell Escolar \u00e9s l\u2019\u00f2rgan de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat escolar en el govern del centre, amb funcions en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la programaci\u00f3 general, i en el seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 de les seves activitats.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Quina \u00e9s la composici\u00f3 del Consell Escolar de la nostra escola:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El director del centre, que n\u2019\u00e9s el president<\/li>\n<li>1 representant de l\u2019Ajuntament<\/li>\n<li>2 representants del professorat, elegits pel Claustre<\/li>\n<li>1 representant del pares i mares, o tutors legals, elegits respectivament per ells i entre ells<\/li>\n<li>1 representant del pares i mares, o tutors legals, designat per l&#8217;AMPA<\/li>\n<li>La persona, en funcions de secret\u00e0ria del centre, que actua en funcions de secret\u00e0ria del Consell escolar (amb veu per\u00f2 sense vot)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TOTAL = 7 membres del Consell Escolar del Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Tots ells han de ser elegits per cadascun dels sectors corresponents (sector pares i mares o sector mestres). Excepte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El director.<\/li>\n<li>El representant de l\u2019Ajuntament, que el designa l\u2019Alcalde.<\/li>\n<li>El\/La representant de l\u2019AMPA que el designa la pr\u00f2pia Associaci\u00f3 de mares i pares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qui t\u00e9 dret de vot?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tots els pares, mares i tutors\/es legals, els fills i les filles dels quals estiguin matriculats al centre en el moment de la convocat\u00f2ria de les eleccions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Procediment d\u2019elecci\u00f3 o renovaci\u00f3 dels membres del Consell Escolar. SECTOR PARES I MARES<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A partir del <strong>5 de novembre<\/strong> podeu comprovar el cens al Tauler informatiu del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Fins <strong>al 8 de novembre<\/strong> se&#8217;n podran presentar reclamacions.<\/li>\n<li>Poden ser <strong>candidats al sector pares i mares<\/strong> tots els pares, mares o tutors\/es legals d\u2019alumnes del centre. Per ser candidat\/a cal omplir l\u2019impr\u00e8s que s\u2019adjunta i fer-lo arribar a la direcci\u00f3 del centre, abans <strong>del 15 de novembre.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Votacions<\/strong>: les votacions s\u00f3n personals, directes i secretes. Poden votar tant els pares, com les mares, com els tutors o tutores legals dels alumnes escolaritzats al centre. La votaci\u00f3 es far\u00e0, a la <strong>Sala polivalent de l&#8217;escola, el 26 de novembre, de les 16h 30&#8242; a les 17h 30&#8242;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesa electoral<\/strong>: La formen dos pares o mares (elegits per sorteig). Actua de secretari\/a el pare, mare o tutor\/a legal de menys edat.<\/li>\n<li>En cas que es vulgui actuar com a <strong>supervisor\/a<\/strong>, cal omplir l\u2019impr\u00e8s que s\u2019adjunta i fer-lo arribar a la direcci\u00f3 del centre. Hi ha temps fins <strong>al 21 de novembre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els membres del Consell Escolar s\u00f3n escollits per quatre anys.
